시설이 깔끔하고 발코니로 보이는 뷰가 너무 좋았다. 헬스 시설은 물론 수영장도 너무 쾌적하고 좋았다. 그리고 주변 상가 건물과 다른 곳으로의 접근성도 괜찮았다.
침대 매트리스에서 삐걱 소리가 많이 나서 뒤척 거릴때 소리기 많이 들렸다 그리고 내가 머무는 동안 이웃집에서 발코니에 개를 놔두고 키워서 개 짖는 소리를 내내 들어야 했다. 주인에게 말을 했으나 아파트 관리소에 말을 전하겠다는 이야기만 해주고 제대로된 조치가 취해지지 않았다. 소음이 모든 것을 상쇄 시켰다.

Fantastic apartment! 🌟 The location is superb, close to amenities.Immaculately clean, the apartment exudes comfort with modern furnishings. Good location to catch the shuttle train to Singapore.
The immediate area is still under construction and this can be heard in the apartment, the shopping centre under the building is only half operational. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable but not well equipped, only one drinking glass, no knives etc etc

The main door doesn’t have a stopper. It’s heavy and occasionally if not held properly will swing and knock onto someone.

We changed our dates from Sep to end November through a friendly staff from SC Homestay. The 2 room apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy. Nice rooms with a cozy kitchen and beautiful sea view 😊

Everything. Reluctant to actually book, cause was afraid that the place will be like K*L. But nope, this place is superb spacious (even a 2 bedder apartment) most importantly everything was very very clean in the apartment. I hope it will stay this way forever. Understand the check in and check out process so you wont get confused. (ITS SUPER DETAILS AND UNDERSTANDABLE) this place is recommended for a stay! Customer service is important.
I would say, few of the security personnel wasn’t being helpful, especially when they’re on their phone. (NOT ALL) majority is helpful and very very friendly. Maybe the bedsheet need to stay as white, to have that elegant and hotels look. 🙂

SC WhatsApp me directly and gave clear directions on key collection and parking lot. The apartment was clean and we even gotten free mineral water. 👍🏻 The seaview was great and it was the first time I got an apartment with a bathtub. There are shops like Jaya Grocer, Mr. DIY, San Fransisco Coffee and BK so food is no problem.
A lot of shops are closed in the mall, like the cinema. As the roads are blocked due to the RTS construction, nightlife is pretty dead. Which is good if you are here just to unwind.

The apartments I booked 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are so cosy, clean I should say very well maintained. Halal cafe at ground floor available 24hrs. Supermarket is available too. Walking distance to CIQ. GREAT VIEW!!

Getting to locate the property can be confusing if you’re going there for the first time. Need to enter multiple gantries from key collection to parking in the basement carpark.

The location was central. Decided to stay in due to jam so checked at midnight paying $140.
Tv wasn’t working and wasted an hour plus trying to fix it with staff. no Netflix unlike other homestay. beds still had hairs- wonder if they change bedsheets. flooring abit weird with parquet floorings hollow. otherwise so so.
quite troublesome with this booking asking to transfer s$50 deposit before checking in. troublesome process.
