We booked Old Post Cottage for 5 nights. We come from Cornwall and were attending a friends wedding locally and also catching up with Family. The cottage is perfect with everything you would need for a self catering break. The kitchen is well equipped, the seating in the lounge is comfy and the bed is a kingsize and comfy, which is a big tick for us. The water pressure in the shower is also great. Altogether a great base for us and comfortable to come back to after being out all day. There are l

It was clean, quiet, and nicely located for dog walking. It had everything you needed. I wouldn’t bother with the pub opposite unless you are into burgers but the little village cafe seemed quite nice. Parking wasn’t too. Difficult. The host was lovely although we had to rush off quickly due to an emergency so we forgot to say we were departing. The welcome back was yummy. No complaints all good. Couldn’t fault it. Pawfect for dogs. Totally secure back garden.

This was our second stay here with our children, visiting family in the area. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable, providing all the facilities and extras needed for young children - they especially enjoyed the box of toys provided. The kitchen was well stocked making cooking in the evening easy, and the fresh bread on arrival was delicious! Rodmersham is a lovely area and the excellent cafe a couple of doors away is an added bonus. We will definitely return.
