The location was aweome
a bit disapointed with the actual apartment, very simple things were missing like salt and pepper, only 4 towels for 4 people for 10 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper, the hallway stunk like rubbish, the key was very confusing to pick up and return. Communication was good and great location but does not come close to staying at the Q1 of which costs us less last time. Unfortunately propably wouldnt stay here again, its the small things that really make a differene sometimes. Thanks

It was a home away from home ... with a 10/10 location... handy to literally EVERYTHING.. Food ... Booze...Tram Station... SHOPPING!!! Super-Kid friendly, (depending on how "high-maintenance" your kid is), our room wasn't like those places where u have to go through and kiddie proof things first( ie, put the glass bowls and ornaments away, lay the cushions round the coffee table and couch ready for the 'Super-man' attempts....IYKYK). Beds were super comfy azz for a good nights sleep after all the walking-(sober AND not so sober..lol)... 'Catch' Buffet Breakfast is a must... don't skip it coz it's worth every cent. 🅿arking's a little funky (and costly if u have more than 1 car)... so if u can, take a van or better still... catch an uber coz u don't even needa car at this place👍👍👍
If I had to whinge about anything it would've been the funky shower door that was back to front,(opened inward, not outward) ... but u only wanna shower in it not sleep in it, so it was all goodz.

The view - And it stops there.
The worst check in experience I've had in my life. Keep in mind everything below is happening while managing 2x parents a child, wife and 2x suitcases each.
Issue 1) 2x access keys were not setup right.
Get to the 24th floor and our cards don't work. Called Q stays reception and they immediately assumed we were at the wrong building. While scrambling back to the ground floor my 6 yr old and his grandma got separated between a 24 floor high rise building due to the cards not working. That sent father in-law into a panic frenzy, my son soiled his pants waiting to get into room.
Had to call the emergency line to get them to take my phone calls at reception. Excuse here was "we were looking into your case". My concern was the reception was closing and then getting no answers while we all sat at the Hilton lobby with no help. All we needed was for someone to reassure us we are looking into your issue. I felt like I was being met with resistance rather than help at every interaction. Q stays reception said we manage 150 rooms as an excuse while explaining to them we are at the correct location and please send someone here to get us to our room or simply update the key cards.
Looking at the time I then set off on foot to reception leaving family at reception. Which again is a solid 10-15 minutes walk from the Hilton. Half way there I was called back to collect the keys which will be bought to reception.
Here we were called again saying we cant find you. I said "can you not see the only large family with heaps of suitcases camping in lobby"? Had I been the delivery person I would at least approach them to find out. they know how many of us were checking in.
We finally got to our room.
Frustrations grew to their peak and our first day was ruined. We were compensated with free breakfast vouchers but that too turned into a 30 minute exercise for the staff to redeem them while waiting customers behind us just left one by one.

but as they are privately owned apartments in the Hilton hotel you do not get any room service and cannot access or approach Hilton reception or use the luggage carriers nor can you get fresh towels
the TVs my my room were so old that we could not access Netflix to chill as a family and watch movies at night or play music through tv and that’s not acceptable in a 5 star hotel that we are paying $4-500 a night for I also paid for early check in but spent the whole morning trying to get the wifi and tv to work . I wouldn’t stay with this QStay operator again. the apartment was small and didn’t fit or accommodate the 5 of us with one bathroom and the sofa bed was disgusting

Kitchen was well appointed.
Access to hotel pools and facilities convenient.
Good access to food and restaurants at the base of the building.
Location of office to collect keys was not onsite.
Nowhere to store luggage while collecting or returning keys.
Lounge furnishings in the apartment were very stained and looked dirty - we did not use.
Overall the apartment needs significant repairs and maintenance - repair walls and paint, new beds, larger shower/bath, comfortable outdoor furniture.

Room number 22404, with ocean view.
Location: Great spot! Close to beach, restaurants and shops.
•You can hear music most nights from the night clubs into early hours.
•Parking initially a rabbit warren and challenge however, we quickly sorted that.
Property: We arrived 6pm Sunday 17/4 and had to pay $50 cash in hand to a man named ‘Steve’.
He then sent a text the next morning wanting a screenshot of my husbands licence to apparently make sure he checked in the correct people.
The property is a modern beach view apartment in a good location however that’s all the positives to this place.
The room we had 22404 was a filthy disgrace. It is in desperate need of a good commercial deep clean. I have pictures evidence of every issue we had with this apartment.
•Dusty.
•The couches marked, stained and filthy.
•The blankets smelt dirty and stale and there wasn’t any spares.
•We found the bed valance off the main bed stuffed in the wardrobe covered in marks and filth.
•The carpets stained and dirty and there was a dust and dirt edge around all carpets.
•Mold on all the curtains, on window frames and in the bathrooms. The curtains also were filthy and dirty.
•There wasn’t enough towels and they were thin and well used.
•No supplied beach towels.
•The mattress for the sofa bed was stuffed, felt like you were laying on springs and there were springs actually piercing out of the mattress (one of these scratched my child).
•The kitchen didn’t come with basic equipment such as tongs, microwave safe containers, oven tray or colander.
•The freezer didn’t freeze at all.
•The oven was dirty, the seal broken and the outside has no markings so you don’t know how to work it.

dirty, peoples items were still there from the last stay. stink stench thru the apartment needed to sleep with the doors open therefore the air con wasn’t able to cool the place down. every time we called the after hours number it would call and then disconnect so was t able to speak to anyone about the matter

Apartment needs a thorough clean - mould on the curtains, stains on couch/cushions and has a lingering unwashed smell. The dishwasher needs to be removed/replaced - kept short circuiting and took us a while to figure out it was what was causing it.

We had to get someone in to fix internet, had to buy hot water bottles as no extra bedding and of a night it was cold as heating didn’t work. On 3rd morning I found in bed a used aspro packet at end of bed I had to wash all bedding as didn’t know if it was clean.

Location was great.
But it’s really difficult to find your car space. As the numbers are marked all over the place.And you should park in allocated areas, so you cannot park anywhere- which is fair enough as residents do live there as well.
Our swiper was hit and miss with it activating the boom gate at the car park to hardly working to activate the lift to get to your room. It would not accept the swiper to press the level to get to your room. But everyone was having trouble- thinking Hilton needs to replace the activation box’s in the lifts.
We had no wi- fi in our room , which we should have.
And the balcony doors are really hard to open and the lock- not good if kids are around....
Would find somewhere else to stay next time.

Views are beautiful, very well-furnished apartment and the location was really good too. The facilities were excellent and everything was provided within the apartment.
Apartment could definitely use some cleaning, found sand in the shower, bathrooms weren't very clean, mirrors were really dirty/smudgy, kitchen sink had food crumbs in it.
