We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room (4) and would be perfect for a family with children. We never used the 3rd bedroom. Location was quiet but close to downtown for food & fun. We even used the BBQ one night and ate dinner as a family at home. Huge nice big dining room table!

I''M SURE THAT THIS WAS ONCE A BEAUTIFUL HOME... with Quite a bit of TLC... AND BETTER CLEANING methods... also some backyard beautification.... it could be very nice... needs better quality kitchen tools .. and DEFINEITLY a new broom....I AM very picky about my cleaning products... I have stayed at MANY AIRb&b's and have never had to deal with the HORRID FABULOSA smell.. MAYBE VRBO's are different... it's really a shame.. Could have been really good.....The property manager was helpful though....he did respond quickly...

The bungalow was perfect for our holiday weekend stay in wilmington. very convenient to downtown, space for the family to spread out and a yard for my kids to roam around. A quiet little neighborhood that I had never visited before (I spent my college years in town many years ago).

Graduation weekend!
Perfect accommodations for friends & family in town for my son's graduation at UNC-W. The airport was just minutes away which was perfect for the people flying in. We had a celebration party at Long Leaf Park which was also only minutes away which allowed additional friends and family to attend. We stayed multiple days & nights so cooked often at the house. Ample cookware, could benefit a new toaster & more kitchen towels. Very limited bath towels for this length of stay & number of people & didn't have time to be washing them that often so pack your own or bring extra laundry detergent if staying longer than a couple nights. Overall great house & very spacious. Located near everything!!! Thank you!!

It served the purpose for business travel
Convenient location to everything, there is a. Purple of abandoned home on this street which gave me pause going in, also a neighbors sign in the yard was concerning at first, but we n the end the neighborhood was fine. Additionally I highly recommend a restaurant that is about a mile away the name is Indochine it is Thai/Vietnamese the food service and atmosphere was fantastic! I think I could eat their every day!

Short stay for UNCW Grad!
We stayed here for 2 nights last month for my son's graduation and we wished we had more time. Fantastic location, great neighborhood close to everything, quiet and plenty of space. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Wilmington!

Great location and communication
House was clean and in a great location for us to get to my son's tennis tournament near Wrightsville Beach, enjoy the downtown area and hop over to Carolina Beach to visit with family. It was a quick trip for us, but I would stay here again! Homeowner was great at making sure we got checked in and were settled.

Great Choice for Family Gathering
This property was perfect in every way, just a few blocks from downtown (not walking distance though) and in easy straightforward drive to Wrightsville Beach and the Airlie Gardens, everyone (all seven of us) had no problems entertaining ourselves. The back deck was great gathering for the evening and the sunroom at the back was a nice private getaway for the readers.

Wilmington Bungalow
Four adults spent two nights in this property as a launching place for a day long kayak trip in Three Sisters Swamp. The house was clean, roomy, and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We had some initial problems with the air conditioning and Andy (property contact) was very responsive and helpful. The problem was quickly resolved.

Nice house, decent location
Overall we all enjoyed the stay. It is close to historic district, and short drive to the beach. The house had everything that was needed for our stay (except maybe a larger frying pan). The host communicated quickly when something was needed and was friendly.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and they expect no noise outside after 10 PM. Not even a conversation. This is listed in the description/rental agreement but just want to point out that it is something that is taken very seriously by neighbors. There were no major issues, but the neighbors did communicate to the host and the host relayed the message to us that the neighbors heard us talking on the porch. Everyone and the communication was in a friendly and respectful manner and there were no more issues after the first night.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Beach Trip Weekend
My 17 year old daughter and 4 of her friends wanted to spend a weekend together at the beach. Another parent and I agreed to chaperone. This property was PERFECT for us! The house was wonderful! It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. We LOVED the neighborhood! Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a charming neighborhood very close to the Riverwalk and only 30 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. I would definitely stay here again. We truly felt at home!!!!!!
