The house was in a great location and the pool was a plus! Very cozy and plenty of room for everyone. My only complaint is the keureg, dishwasher, and one of the TVs did not work

We attended a conference in Vegas for several days and this was the perfect home base for us. It was quieter than the strip and we could relax and hang out together after our meetings and still have our own private space.

I organized a four-day trip out to LV to celebrate my sons birthday. All our guests loved the spacious house with the clean and upscale vibe. Derek was quick to respond with any questions we had. We were more than satisfied with our stay here.

10 of us stayed at the house for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. The beds were very comfortable, which was a plus, and there were lots of spaces to congregate as a group, both inside and by the pool. No problems with the AC. One bummer is that the dishwasher was still broken during our stay, so we had to hand wash dishes after every meal. Also the house layout is a little odd, with one bedroom that is accessed through the garage. It also would have been nice to have extra towels for the pool and dish towels/oven mitts for the kitchen. Location was good; it was easy and quick to get Ubers to the strip and to/from the airport. Communication with the house manager could have been better. Overall, this house worked well for our purposes and was clean and comfortable.

The beds are super comfortable and there is lots of room. Good location, 15 minute drive to The Strip. There are a few homeless guys camped a block away, and one night one of them rifled through a garbage bin, which woke us up. The TV in one of the main bedrooms had no remote, so no way to make it work. The dishwasher was torn apart, apparently under repair but noone came and worked on it during the week, so we were washing dishes by hand. Sub optimal at this price. Both Nest thermostats were messed up 4 of the 7 nights -- heating the house to 90 degrees at random times in the day and night. The property manager was non-responsive the first 2 nights. When he finally got back to us, the Nests were fixed for 3 nights, and then wacked out again. When we contacted him the second time, he accused us of harassing him. Because, you know, we should just deal with waking up at 2am on vacation, sweating, because it's 90 degrees in the house and nothing we did seemed to fix it. (We have Nests at home.) At this price, we expected much better.

Very roomy residence. Large kitchen and dining area. Plenty of supporting businesses nearby. Would stay here again.

Our group of 9 enjoyed our time here. The home is well-decorated and spacious with quite comfortable and numerous beds. The kitchen is easy to navigate and works well as an open floorpan. We loved the large dining table where we could all gather. We also enjoyed the two, separate sitting areas with televisions for one group to play video games and the other to watch TV or just talk. It was too cold to use the swimming pool but the backyard was pretty and included several sitting areas. Even from the inside, the pool created a nice backdrop. The home is well-located with proximity to a number of grocery stores, restaurants, Target, UNLV, the airport and the Strip. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests both before and after our arrival. It is clear he cares about providing a welcoming, lovely, comfortable home.

Other than a weird noise at night in the neighborhood, everything was great! The guys all had their privacy, and it was easy to get to where they needed to be. They all came back saying this was a great house and they really enjoyed it! Thank you

Derek is an ideal host. We were in town to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. We all had a blast (especially our son), and this “home away from home” was a large part of our amazing experience! The home was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that was about 2.5 miles from both the airport and the LV Strip, and all of the beautiful photos on the VRBO site were 100% accurate! The host was super responsive to the few questions that we had, and the digital check in and check out processes were a breeze! We really enjoyed the heated pool (costs a little extra but worth every penny) as well as the inviting and cozy courtyard. There were so many other thoughtful accommodations that made us feel at home while on vacation (e.g., the kitchen was stocked with spices, beverages, dishes, utensils, pots, pans; the bathrooms were stocked with body washes, lotions, etc.). We had 10 people in our party, and there was ample space to eat together, relax together and have very comfortable sleeping options! Oh! I can’t close without mentioning how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were! This spot is the one that I will recommend to all of my friends, family, and colleagues who are heading to Las Vegas! College friends met for a long weekend and the house was just like advertised and what we expected. Derek was very helpful and the process was as extremely easy. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with this rental. I had no problems what so ever. This was the best rental I have had so far. everything worked, from the dishwasher to the stove to the washing machine. The place was clean, the pool was big and clean. There were plenty beds. This spot was as advertised. If you can get this place do. I will be back

We enjoyed our stay here, the owner is very nice and the property is tastefully decorated and recently renovated. We especially loved the pool and making dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Plenty of space for all of us to move around and having three bathrooms helped a lot. Plenty of TVs, if that's your thing! The beds are also super comfy with hotel style linens. The host was thoughtful enough to provide different options for pillows, great for different sleepers. We would stay there again.

We had a great time at this wonderful home. The pictures are quite accurate. The home is clean and the beds are comfy. We had a full house ranging from teens to the elderly and everyone had enough space to spread out. The swimming pool was a great addition to the summer heat.

Loved every minute of our stay. The house actually looks just like the pictures. Location is very close to all you want to do without the congestion and noise of the strip.

We were looking to enjoy the desert heat and enjoy some swim time. This was the perfect place. Quiet neighborhood and clean and relaxing vibe to the home. Short drive to the strip. I normally don’t take the time to do these reviews but this exceptional property deserved an exceptional recommendation. First of all the property looks exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had absolutely not one problem. The property is easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. And conveniently located. Derek was absolutely amazing to work with and I so look forward to a repeat stay with my friends at this very property!!

The house had plenty of room and was very well stocked! The location was a short ride to the strip and close to a grocery store/Target in case you need to run out and get something. The pool and backyard were beautiful and the owner was great to work with! Would definitely recommend.

Good for family vacations! This home is beautiful and modern with up to date (brand new) amenities! SUPER CLEAN! We spent our Thanksgiving here and had an amazing time, we also brought our family dog which is always a PLUS! Our host Derek was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of during our stay! He made sure the pool was heated for us and also made sure the TVs included all the football games! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
