The privacy of the location and view of the lake were as hoped. The people were extremely friendly and helpful with "touristy" questions.

To name a few things, the overall cleanliness of the condo was well below expectations. The mirrors and countertops were filthy. The silverware was rusty and dishes/glassware had food crusted to them. The main bedroom bed is probably 10-15 years old. Springs popping through and extremely uncomfortable. My wife even left with hives all over her body. The well water smelled horrendous and was completely unbearable. Then there's the wifi and cellular connection. Both nonexistent. Dead zone. No phone calls, no texts, no nothing. To top it all off, the leasing agent/manager/company representative was incredibly unprofessional and down right rude. When we brought all these issues to him he basically told us to bad he can't do anything about it. This was a complete waste of $1700 and would highly recommend anyone and everyone look elsewhere. Photos of conversation with the gentleman have been posted as further motivation to hopefully prevent other couples, hoping to get away for the first time in 5 years, from flushing what is likely hard earned money down the drain. You will regret staying here!

Filthy bathroom and dirty condo. The bed and sofa need to be replaced, they both are worn out. No instructions at all - none on how to work the unique electronic door lock, what facilities on the grounds we could use and how to operate appliances (washer and dryer). Check in is at 4:00 so we took the 4:00 ferry. The only grocery store on the island is closed when we got there and no restaurant on the island serves breakfast during the week. Second bedroom has bunk beds with the ladder to the second bunk at the end of the bed. However, it was placed in an alcove with no way to access the ladder at the end to climb to the upper bunk. Disgusting, dirty, soggy bathmat placed outside old shower stall in bathroom. The unit has well water, which is well documented in description. However, the water has a strong odor that is very unpleasant.
