Good breakfast options, well spaced room, location at 8min from metro.

Small bathroom, I even cut my toe when closing the shower door made of glass, the glass margins were not well polished. I didn't like the plastic furniture near the bed. The ceiling seemed not finished. The moquette had some stains and was quite ugly. The windows outside were dirty. Expected more from a 4star hotel.

I had to sleep with earplugs due to the noisy highway beneath my window. got a parking ticket due to the receptionist not clarifying where to park to avoid fines.

The breakfast was far beyond my expectations! The hotel room was clean and neat, perfect for one person. The restaurant at the top floor was also good with a small selection of dishes but tasty. Across all departments of the hotel, the staff was polite and eager to help. I would really recommend this hotel to someone (btw the bus from the airport leaves you pretty close)

Very strange to have a lamp in the corner of the room that cannot be plugged in because there is no electic point nearby. Not a huge issue, just a little strange

Hotel is quite big, it’s easy to find. There is a restaurant and bar on the top floor with nice view, food was really delicious. Room size was good, and room itself was quite nice, furniture and carpet not old. Really nice breakfast with good choice.

Not very close to train stations, you need to walk around 10min from nearest station. Restaurant was quite expensive ( but it is common for Oslo). Cleanliness was good, but there were some small things to complain about (like oily hand prints on glass door)

Room was very confortable and clean, the continental breakfast was good and with a lot of differnt choices. The coffee was very good.

At the breakfast, the butter isn't in individual packaging.

Spacious rooms, nice vintage design of the exterior and common space. Breakfast with a really good and wide variety of food and drinks. Quite close to the metro station. Good sound isolation

It would be appreciated if the breakfasts included some Norwegian touch - like typical food and sweets (like cinnamon rolls etc.). The breakfast was good - but it could be the same like in any hotel in another location. The bathroom does not offer full privacy (there was a gap between the door and the wall). It seems that the rooms are not cleaned every day

The breakfast was ok.

There were no information about the fact that they didn’t clean the rooms more than every 3-4 days. If we wanted new towels we had to pick them up from the resepsjon. Used towels where not pick up from the rooms. The coach looked dirty. Bad ventilation.

Breakfast waa really excellent up to top German standards. ALSO MEAL on too floor restaurant was very good with marvellous views and sunset. Staff here were excellent

Reception unattended for quite long periods. I had to come down as my room devicw did not work. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come and help me.

Hotels are expensive in Oslo and this was a little cheaper. Staff helpful and great breakfast....room clean, but small and metro close by to get into central Oslo. However its a little way from the central city and I arrived late at night at oslo central ....taxi to hotel was very expensive becayse hotel is a few kilometres out....take time to find metro and its cheap.

I was there 3 days on 9th floor. The shower was cold first night...I thought this is how Norwegians like it, but no, they like hot showers. I told reception in the morning.They didn't fix the situation and shower was luke warm at best the other 2 nights...I told them when I left. I had loud music till late evening/early morning and didnt get the sleep I should have....told reception when I was leaving. I'm a mobile healthy 69 year old traveller but I do need some sleep and loud music is not what I need....they should have given me a discount......won't go back.
