All the hotel staff was excellent in every possible way. Rooms are clean, spacious, with good floor plan, and bathroom was perfect. With tram no. 17 you are reaching old city center in 20 minutes. Breakfast was really good.

Location with very good access to public transport (tram and subway) but still on quiet place. Hotel with very good breakfast (and also restaurant), nice staff and nice accommodation in apartment.

The balcony was nice with lovely views.
We had a fire alarm placed on the ceiling very near the bathroom door- it went off after we had shower and it wouldn’t stop - we wanted to leave because of that, because even after 20 mins it was making very disturbing beeping noises.. at midnight. The breakfast was absolute rubbish, the vegetables looked like 1 week old, the plastic covers on the hot food were not something you expected to see in 4stsr hotel. I honestly don’t understand how they could get 4star rating. The bedding was also very uncomfortable, the pillows are terrible, old and nasty..

Tye location was near the tram and metro. The beds were Ok the pillows very comfortable. The room was clean. On sight parking was easy and safe.
The rubbish from the previous guest was left I. the bathroom bin. Had to take it out myself. The internet kept cutting out and had to keep re-connecting.

clean, modern and a good location for what I required. Staff and pre-check in communication was excellent. great coffee too.
No Tea or Coffee facility in the room. - I checked in late and would have loved something to drink.
