The bed was comfortable the curtain really is important

I had not slept for days and the lady put in the middle of a spring cleanup with everyone working outside my room so no chance of a sleep .

It’s a great stay here. Excellent breakfast and dinner on offer! The beds are a great private pod style aswell

Dinner is delicious with a good variety. Breakfast was tasty too. The pods are very comfy. Towel, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer and straightener provided. Lights out by 9pm and everyone is told to be quiet. Location is ideal for Surfers Paradise.

Suggestion: would be great if you sold padlocks for the drawers Ice cream machine would unfortunately stop working quite regularly

Loved the pods! They were super comfortable and provided extra privacy. Also the matres was great!

It was so good the food was amazing. Especially the Thai meal made by Pat and Beny. All the staff were fantastic so helpful. Loved it.

Food service/options were exceptional. Approachable and helpful staff, sorted a check in error, quickly and efficiently. Made me feel welcome. Fantastic location, short walking distance to many attractions and public transportation.

Unable to be dropped off directly in front of property due to tram line. Not fun with torrential downpour!

Only recommendation would be to have some hangers on which people can hang and dry out their swimsuit and towel.

I would like to sincerely thank Anna, the receptionist of this fantastic place, for making my stay so welcoming and homely. Her courtesy and helpfulness really made the difference. Special thanks go to Andrea, the chef, for bringing authentic Italian flavors to Australia. Every dish prepared by him was an explosion of taste and quality, demonstrating his culinary mastery. I cannot forget Fernando, responsible for breakfast, for the delicious and abundant morning offerings, especially the pancakes which were a real delight. His constant cheerfulness and smile made every start of the day even more pleasant. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, quality experience.

I liked that they supplied a dinner meal, as it gives people a chance to chat and get to know others. Also, the serving of dinner was large, definitely didn't go hungry. Also enjoyed the free ice cream too,

Great location, despite the big shared room, people generally kept quiet after 9pm. No concerns regarding cleanliness.

Booked on the recommendation that this was good for solo travellers, however did not feel very social to me. Lots of people who seem to be long stayers from foreign countries who spoke their own language or had their own group. Breakfast was disappointing for me and didn’t have it after the 2nd day since it was just cereal, pancakes with some sauces and yoghurt. 7pm dinner whilst sometimes nice, too small a portion to be called dinner and very carb heavy. I think more needs to be done to facilitate socialisation ie have some evening group events, even if it’s just board games or trivia.

Curtains at the end of the bed. Every bed has a plug socket. Staff are very nice. Lots of locker space. WiFi is really good

There are over 60 people in one room so can be noisy at times. The showers were not very clean and the shower mats had black mould on.

I loved that: -There was so much storage space underneath the bed for all your things -the aircon was brilliant and the whole dorm was so cool at night which made it so comfortable - they cooked your meals for you, which were actually decent meals and they were very nice, I thought this was a very nice touch, i never seen this in a hostel before, the freshly cooked pancakes in the morning with orange juice was the best way to start the day! - everything was so clean, the bathrooms were so spotless and so modern, the showers were spectacular - the staff were excellent, very accommodating and helpful when asking them any questions - laundry facilities worked perfectly, and very easy to use, they provided the laundry powder - the dorm was always really quiet at nighttime - each bed was equipped with a towel, very clean sheets, a nice blanket, 2 power outlets and a little lamp for reading.

The only thing about it was the price was so expensive, but you really get what you’re paying for the standard is high and it really feels like you’re staying at a hotel. But maybe the price is just a bit too high.

No good place in some of the showers to put stuff, the bed was freshly made but there was already sand in it when I arrived, it's basicall two huge rooms (dorm & kitchen / shared space) and since it's right at the main street I found it hard to find a more quiet space (besides my bed)

There is only one big room with 112 beds but I had no problem falling asleep! Everyone respectful, light off, happy Hostel had no hot water for a few days Little pricier but worth it

Very comfortable pod-style dorm beds, a room of 100 but you feel like you have your own space and it’s quiet. Breakfast is great, and dinner included each night very yummy - nice home cooked meal! Staff are friendly. Luggage storage. Good location. Cannot recommend enough

Good clean hostel, with a relatively private bed area. Breakfast and dinner included is an absolute bonus. The location is good, even though it's not clear from the outside where the entrance is. Friendly staff and patrons with good rules on keeping noise down so we can sleep quietly at night.

No hot water, which was probably a temporary thing. Limited space to change clothes after shower. Too many sinks in the toilet / bathroom area. The worst is having the smoking area right next to where you hang your freshly washed clothes to dry!
