The breakfast was ok only, coffee was terrible, same food every single day and not very good. You would do better by placing a Starbucks in the space . Location was good for our needs.

Other than the beds, there was not a comfortable piece of furniture anywhere in the hotel. The rooms gave up function for design. Need a few more wall hooks in the bathroom. Need dressers of standard size. The tiny drawers in the closet not very functional. Need a couple of comfortable chairs. Need end tables, somewhere to put a drink. Need a second mirror outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. Small changes would add a great deal toward function. Cleaning was good overall but on the metal legs of the bathroom vanity in room 230, there were dried bloody fingerprints ,never noticed by housekeeping( might be dried fecal material). Housekeeping was great at ensuring no deodorizer or scents were used in my room due to my asthma/ thank you for that!

Paying for parking. Limited food menu.

As a single traveler, I felt safe staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. The shuttle to the medical complex was efficient and timely.

I liked the room. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and the TV was big with good channel selection.

I purchased a breakfast (or at least your site said I did) when I made my reservation. At the desk, the lady said I didn’t have a breakfast. So I showed her my reservation that said breakfast was included. She said I didn’t have a breakfast included…but said, “Don’t worry, I’m going to give you a complementary breakfast card.” It’s not complimentary, I paid for it. Plus, the final price ended up being like $80 MORE than what I thought it would be.
