ロビー、部屋、レストランともにとても清潔で快適だった。ドアマンも親切で周辺のお店のことを聞いても教えてくれた。

JBセントラル駅からのアクセスがやや不便。目の前だが必ずショッピングモールの内部を通らなくてはならず、早朝や深夜に行き来するのにはかなりの遠回りが必要。

Great location

Aircon very dirty, can see a layer of dust and louvers are almost in black color. Skirting are chipping off, floor can see dead croaches. Whole room is dirty and old, doesn't look well maintain. The TV is with white statics, can't even watch. Toothbrush have insect died inside the package. Bad sound proofing. Is overpriced and unacceptable.

My 2nd time coming after a year. A huge progressing can be seen to the hotel. Every hotel staffs is doing their job well. Friendliness,alertness and going to an extra mile. Room was well cleaned and smells nice after being cleaned. Toiletries,mineral bottles were replenish every day. Both the security uncles is multi tasking too. They can be your hotel door man,plate collector during breakfast and hotel bell hop if shortage of man power. All the staffs were seen to be very friendly and customer service oriented. Breakfast was superb delicious too. Asking for iron and ironing board was fast too. As a token of appreciation,during my stay,I bought the front desk a cake on my 2nd last day at midnight, since my check out day, tomorrow is my birthday.. Thank you to everyone that makes my stay a memorable day. Continue to do your part to maintain your hotel name! 👍

The room I got is spacious and comfortable by my humble standard, backpacker level. It gives me the feeling of home away from home. walking distance to both side Customs point/ City Plaza and street food all around. Super!

All the staff were very friendly and approachable. The location is good and convenient.

Aircon and surrounding sounds can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom blinds were damaged which technically anyone from opposite building can see through. Have to turn off the bathroom lights whenever using it.

The room is clean and the aircon is adjustable. Bed and pillows are comfy. For adults, the breakfast is nice and it changes each day. It is only a short walk from CIQ and very easy to find it. There's also a minimart right beside the hotel. Interaction with service staff were great.

I had thought personal toiletries (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds) would be provided but it isn't. Do note that the toilet door does not have a locking mechanism. We were staying on the lower floor and there are traffic noise throughout the night but it is tolerable.

3rd day of stay they dun give water or tea have to buy cos they said tt complimentary only for 1st day 🙄 we ever stayed in 3 star hotel before even on last day also they will give if u ask without any problems

Convenient location, next to JB City Square Mall. Lots of food places nearby & within walking distance to the famous Hiap Joo Bakery, the cafe street, Pasar Karat & Johore Checkpoint.

1. I booked 2 nights but separately (26 to 28 Dec) and on the night of the second day discovered my slippers provided by the hotel disappeared. 2. On the third morning (we'll check out), we found no toilet paper in the room and had to use our own tissue paper. Maybe the understanding that I'm staying for 2 nights wasn't too clear. 3. The wifi is unstable, sometimes good & sometimes very bad.
