How easy it is to walk down into the city.

There was construction noise throughout the night of our stay and we were unable to sleep ahead of a long trip the next day. We called so they can stop the construction and the staff said they would. However, the noise began again an hour later in the middle of the night. When we called again, they mentioned that we should tell the workers to stop as the workers would "listen to us". This is unacceptable and is up to the staff to put things in order. Not guests having to talk to strangers in the middle of the night to get them to stop making noise. Also, the construction workers weren't even workers, they were guests next door to us just making loud noises and being disrespectful. When you pay for a place to stay, its to ensure you can sleep at night, we ultimately did not and the staff was not helpful.

Onlu USP with this hotel is th proximity to river bank.

The image and specifications of the room are miles apart from what actually the hotel offers. Online it says 18 meter square with balcony and city view but actually it is 9×12 sq feet room without balcony. There was no sofa just an additional bed in the same small room. No wardrobe, very basic amenities, looks like a very small hotel with small rooms and housekeeping staff are clueless of what they offer. The room service offered us 2 one liter water bottles which has open caps and probably tap water. On complaining they changed with mineral water bottles. TV in room is ver small and the remote doesn't work. The housekeeping staff kept pressing the buttons but it hardly worked and finally he said the remotes in every room are different as they hv different TV in every room. Worst experience and worst hotel we have ever been. Booking.com too is responsible for poor experience.

Location is fabulous. 2min walk to Assi Ghat. You could see parts of Ganga too.

we booked hotel when there was a peak of winter season. there was a facility of hot water through a day. the staff was courteous and helpful. they have airport pick up and drop facility. it is situated nearest to assi ghat. food was really good

the location is excellent, right next to Assi ghat. The higher floors have a great view of the Ganges.

Staff allowed us late check-in

We were first allotted a small double bed room when we had actually booked a three-bed deluxe room. When we raised the issue we were taken to the bigger room but it was dirtier than the previous one so we chose to sleep in the small room. The bathroom had cockroaches and while you can see Ganga from the rooftop, the hotel is actually surrounded by a dumping ground. The hotel is not worth the price we paid.
