The property was beautiful. Spacious, modern and comfortable with great outside spaces to make use of and a fantastic view. The hot tub was a great bonus as well

We totally loved this place and would like to come back again and again. So much to do and see in the area as well. We were a family of five but it's suitable for a couple of families to share.

More outdoor cover for rain would be good and space to put dirty/wet shoes after walks in rain.

Everything was great but a suggestion would be to add a full length mirror, drying rack for clothing and tissues (our six day stay would have been perfect with these additions)

We wanted to stay an additional night but the unit was fully booked. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the unit. The trout flies at night otherwise would have loved to sit outside

The hosts were fantastic and very responsive, we had lots of questions about the beautiful interiors that they were happy to share. The photos are great, but the property in real life is even better. The incredible hot tub overlooking the lake perfectly started our chilly morning in Hamurana.

Absolutely beautiful furnishing of good quality. everything you needed for a multi night stay. privacy from other guests very good. great place to have our dog with us.

Hosts were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The place was is great for a group, comfortable, well stocked kitchen with equipment and consumables, lovely outlook by the lake, large lawn.

The house didn't seem to be insulated..we stayed during summer and it was VERY warm inside the house and had to have both air conditioners running constantly. The outdoor patio could do with some shelter as sitting outside during summer was not really possible due to the intense heat. Usage of the communal spa ceases at 9PM which felt a bit early. Please note this property is approx 15 minutes drive from Rotorua town however there is local cafes and shops within a brief drive.
