Near city centre. Good location. Spacious and equipped with a good hot spa.

Stairs quite steep, roof design made the interior slightly dark.

Private spa, upstairs space for teenagers (own tv etc), full kitchen although could just use some mixing bowls otherwise all you need is there.

It's our third time here, still very clean and cozy place. Also with friendly staff.

After learning I was unable to navigate stairs (bathrooms are on main floor only), host moved us to upgraded room without charge to accommodate me. Both rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Also reasonable cost for laundry machines ($4 ea).

Leaving was hard.

Spacious apartment with very modern kitchen, fittings & furniture, own freshly filled hot tub on terrace. we even got shown to our apartment by the lovely staff member on check-in. We enjoyed the book on the owner’s journey owning the motel - made it feel very personal & Boris the cat even came to visit to sun himself on our terrace (it was cute, even though we’re not ‘cat’ people!)

Spacious room, very clean linen, extra towels for spa, quiet area, convenient location, near Rotorua CBD and dining places.

Spa area a bit mussy, needs cleaning/scrubbing. The bed pillows are too high, makes my neck stiff.
