The spa and pool facilities

One of our dining chair's leg was broken.

I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but the manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and warm when we arrived it was also fully equipped. The pool was well used by our children and us adults enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay. We do plan to stay here again. Please thank your amazing manager for us 😊

Great place and location

Nice and easy. The owner was very accommodating for us as travel took longer than we anticipated. The room was basic but warm and had everything you'd need for a night away. Even on a busy street, the street doors were kept at a minimum if you kept the kitchen and bathroom door closed. The pool was tepid, and none of us braved the swim, but the spa was at a lovely temp, allowing us all to sit and relax.

The parking is very tight, especially in a big ute wouldnt be good if you aren't a confident driver.

Great staff and manager on duty very helpful and polite. Also got a late checkout.

But dated.

The water in the shower went hold and cold all the time without the handle being changed. Unclean, super dated, no aircon. Very rundown.

While the staff were not obligated to consider my situation, they went the extra mile to accommodate my wife and I. We were so grateful, I offered to pay an additional fee which they gracefully declined. I would highly recommend this motel to others.

Very central to shops and inner city

Very run down, requires upgrades even just a paint job . Repairs of bad quality are visible. Paint peeling off.
