Location was great, nice and quiet, awesome house, great for all our family members, we had a great time staying in Rotorua

Plenty of room for 6 adults to sit, eat and relax. The view from the (spacious) lounge room windows was stunning.

The kitchen facilities were a bit tired. Some cupboards were best left unopened. Would have been nice to be provided with some chux/cloths to wipe benches, tables, coffee tables after use. Also some microwave containers (bottoms and lids) would be handy.

There's nothing that we could really complain about everything was there. But perhaps as a suggestion, if you had more hand towels and maybe a extra bath mat in both bathrooms that would be spot on.

The gaming room was great fun, and the view is amazing! The property has plenty of rooms.

The interior needs some updating, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The house is based around all the attractions in Rotorua which was great. Comfortable and cosy. Great accommodation

Both Rubbish bins were almost full when we arrived by the time we left the bins were overflowing, it just looked untidy with our Rubbish placed on the side of the bins.

The property is very spacious and it has a very nice view upstairs. The children really enjoyed the pool table and the gaming machines downstairs. And good that they have a heater in all rooms.

The property is quite old and run down, cleanliness needs to be improved. 1) One of the rooms upstairs has urine smell 2) A friend has picked up bed bugs after staying there 2) There's an opened condom package in the downstairs bedroom - not comfortable seeing this at all! especially we are staying there with a number of young aged kids. The cleaner really needs to do a more proper job.

We were there for an overnight stay. The house is suitable for large groups such as ours. Plenty of bedrooms to comfortably house everyone, living area with a view overlooking the lake is beautiful any time of the day. The games room is a bonus and was well used by our teens. Location is good, great neighbourhood and close to town. Emma was great to deal with, responded quickly to our queries and provided helpful instructions. Lovely to meet Nero who let us into the property early which was very much appreciated.

Parts of the house need updating but can be easy overlooked for its space, functionality and cleanliness.

the down stairs wasn’t as well lit and a bit cold in the winter but wasn’t bad!

The size of the house is amazing, the facilities within the house are generous, the area is quite and safe, the amount of space in the home was wonderful. The rooms were a great size, warm and comfy. owner was very kind and helpful, it was like being home but away from home. We loved every minute of our stay.

toilet up stairs was a bit small and narrow but only because we are a big built Maori whanau lol. The kids room down stairs with the bunks needs a bit of an uplift as it is quite a bear dark room.

close to the city and attractions. Plenty of room and enough cooking gear. Main living area and bedrooms clean. Nice views and dog that visited a couple of times. Friendly owners

toilet upstairs I cleaned the basin. Kitchen window sill covered in dust. Most light fittings had dead bugs in them. Ants in the kitchen each morning. Way to many rules and fines make you very nervous. The neighbour that apparently does not like any noise had chickens roaming on her deck and the recycling was next to her fence. Not easy to quietly put bottles in the bin. No spa bath anywhere. Coffee machine not available as locked away (did offer to come and look for it.) Couldn't find books and DVDs.

Very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Pool table and games were a bonus. Family enjoyed our stay. Will return in the future

the location was good and easy to find. suited our purpose of having our team together and in single rooms or beds. nice big lounge for us all to gather in, kitchen and dining also.

we were disappointed that the Hot Tub was not there as advertised. there were no tea towels, face cloths, hand towels or bathmats. upon wiping up some drops of water on the kitchen floor found it to be very dirty. some of the crockery and glassware had to be cleaned before we used them. There were spiders and cobwebs in the downstairs bedrooms.

Tidy and clean, spacious, comfortable, plenty of beds, location to MTB park, good storage for mountain bikes, good wifi and large tv. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing much really to complain about - only very minor things. No sugar for coffees other than icing sugar. Average lighting in games room. Need to spend a few dollars to fix the pool table pockets, buy new pool balls which are chipped, freshen the marking dots on the table, fix cue without tip and get some cue chalk.

Location and it was roomy and provided for our families to be together. Pleasant hosts.

So much mould. Very unclean to the point where it’s not healthy. Things done cheaply. Dishwasher installed with wedges of wood. Couch should be thrown in the dump. Broken window glass. Light bulbs not working. Batteries in heat pumps need replacing.
