It’s really small and the building is old Let’s start from the outside There’s a infestation of very large Iguana Lizard and yes it’s Florida but there’s big trees in the front of the property and that’s their nest I have to stay in my car throwing water bottles and everything to get them out the way so you can get out the car . The place is a 5 out of 10 The floor is squeezing when you walk like you go fall through the beds are uncomfortable and could used a upgrade there’s no headboard and the mattress is hard there’s only one tv in the living room and that so not make sense with 2 bedrooms and no Tv the bathroom water pressure is very low and the toilet is almost touching the shower and the toilet water pressure is so low the toilet do not flush properly the walk way paved area leading to the door is slippery has the trees are coving it so it needs to be pressure wash before someone falls .. I would not stay at this location again it needs full renovation and modernize…

I enjoyed my stay but I have a few concerns that might help with making your property better. The shower water would only stay hot for about 10 min. Also if there can be space added to the bathroom so that the toilet would not be so close to the shower. It was very uncomfortable for us to sit on the toilet when our knees are hitting the side of the tub. A toilet paper holder that is built into the wall would also work better then the mobile one that would constantly fall over and drop the toilet paper rolling it across the floor. The light was out in the refrigerator. The bed mattresses were not comfortable at all and there was no extra blankets. There were roaches spotted throughout our stay and I don’t feel like it was very professional to send an exterminator while we were there. That was something that could’ve been scheduled in between stays while the home is being cleaned. They should add T.V.’s to the bedrooms. One T.V. for the whole household is not enough for a whole family.

Spacious with extremely comfortable beds and nice outback area. Close to downtown area and about 10 min drive to beach. Suggestion just add another TV 🙂
