It was clean and comfortable with a lovely jacuzzi and pool which were a godsend as the weather was hot

It would’ve been nice if the bar by the pool was open during the day and the restaurant for lunch

There is no fan in the bathroom. The room, due to the humidity, is like a duck cage. I'm sorry, but this is my view of what I felt in the room I hope to fix that in the future.

A really nice with a great pool area and was also close to the beach( 4 miles ). Staff was very friendly and accommodated us well, even though we arrived very early to check in time. If I was ever in Hollywood again I would return to this hotel.

security guard stocking walking up to my vehicle lady at the front desk over charging my card when I have a reservation that said $76 the lady in the diner fixing half portion breakfasts pancakes taste weird AC did not work for a whole day and I paid they hesitated to give me another room someone came to lock the door as I was leaving

Beautiful pool in a tropical setting, super clean, flawless service, surprisingly good food at the restaurant, prompt free shuttle.

I stay in a lot of hotels, year round, with my picky partner. It was such a relief that he could find nothing to complain about during our stay.

Really dirty. Our feet were black from the floors. The carpet in the lobby was near black. Everything we needed was broken. The fridge was so loud I needed to unplug it. The vending machines on two floors took our money with no way of getting it back. The laundry machines are rotten inside and out and half were broken. The dryer took 3 cycles and no way to clean the back up of lint. Asking staff for assistance with anything outside of checking in and out was a waste of time.
