La ubicación es lo mejor.. la habitación era amplia, equipada con cocina con algunos artículos como ollas, platos, tazas, cubiertos,vasos, microondas, refrigerador, cocina, lavavajillas, lavaplatos.. cama cómoda. El desayuno sencillo pero todos los días variaba en la comida caliente que ofrecían.

Solo tuve un percance al pagar un saldo que tenía pendiente (durante mi estancia) de pagar y me tuvieron 1 hora tratando de explicar (porque la persona que me atendió cuando llegué no estaba en ese momento) que solo era eso y me querían cobrar a precio de hotel los días que faltaban, no me estaban respetando el valor de mi reserva por booking..

We arrived at 11:30pm and checked in- our keys wouldn’t work- they moved us to another room finally unpacked by 12:30 am- exhausted from traveling. Asked for a wake up call at 6:30am but never received it

Location and airport transportation

Couldn’t extend my stay for two more hours. Housekeeping started knocking on door at 9am when check out was noon. Midnight desk coverage was rude to us. Morning desk coverage crew was very helpful . Airport transport guy was so friendly.

The location was great. Complimentary airport shuttle was appreciated. Facility was clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

The carpets in the hallway need to be shampooed. Limited choice at breakfast, there wasn't any breakfast meat.

Breakfast: Oats, omlette, fruits, was fresh, tea options had good varieties. Rooms were clean, quite, good room service. Good location and close to airport.

Breakfast needs improvement as there were foods that are repeated daily with no variety. Bread/bagel was dry, no cereal options available, coffee wasn't that great. Rooms were standard and the kitchen were too tight in space. Walk way carpet were too soiled. Elevator smells nicotine most of the times.

Booking.com and Homewood Suites do not play well together! When checking in, I was forced by Homewood Suites to pay a second time for the same reservation. This happened because Booking.com and Homewood Suites could not agree on the correct rate to charge me (the difference was 11 cents!). Because they can't work together, I was forced to pay twice. Now, four weeks later, and after many conversations with Booking.com's Customer Service, I have still not been reimbursed for being double charged (over $340). I have never been treated so poorly by a company and will never use Booking.com again. Updated May 10, 2023: Because Booking.com & their hotel partner can't seem to communicate, but I have been forced to spend countless hours trying to correct Booking.com's problem. Booking.com is well aware of the dollar amount that I was charged (by both Booking.com & the hotel), however, they insisted that I provide additional information. Booking.com insisted that I send them a copy of my credit card statement showing the hotel charge. Obviously, financial institutions only create statements monthly so I sent them the charge as it appears on my credit card company's website. One Booking.com rep said that this wouldn't work because it wasn't a "statement". Another rep said it wouldn't work because it didn't show currency (it showed "$" and was a charge from a U.S. hotel). The representatives managed to delay the process (and hold on to MY money) long enough for my credit card statement to be generated. Then, I sent Booking.com the page of the statement showing the hotel charge. But, a rep told me that my claim would not be accepted because I didn't send the page of the statement showing the charge by Booking.com. Yes, that really happened! I spent hours helping Booking.com with their problem, then they actually asked me to send information they already had. Now, I am told that Booking.

Room laked many things. some electrital outlets did not work, miniimal bathroom items. some main breakfast food was not properly keeped warm. Poor breakfast. Price was way to hogh. Should have looked sooner for a cheaper motel.

The hotel allowed us to hang out until our room was ready and locked our luggage in a storage room.

Our room was not as clean as we would have liked and the property is in need of updates (I.e. broken tile in bathroom, rusted areas in bathroom, broken patio furniture at the pool, etc.)
