Was clean could do with modernising

Very little, you could park outside which was handy when I couldn’t stay there any longer.

I booked 2 nights at the property, got there and the lighting outside for key lock was very bad so took me a while to get through iron door and front door. The inside was very dated, sockets hanging off the wall and furniture very dirty. Kitchen units were in a bad state and the kitchen had a stale smell. The main problem was the boiler wasn’t working so I had a night with no heating and no hot water. When I contacted the owner and his manager the communication was awful so much so that I couldn’t go back there because I wasn’t told if the problem had been fixed. That resulted in me having to find alternative accommodation for that evening in a hotel in city centre and costing a small fortune… still no reply from owner about a refund of any sort even after contacting days later..Would not recommend. (I’m pretty sure they are not bothered about bad reviews)

The house was a really comfortable one. Spacious and in a good location. Well secured and with well functioning amenities.

Please do some deep cleaning in the apartment. a bit of cobwebs here and there. Also, some basic things can be provided like shower gel and the likes

Really spacious properly, not as modern as some places advertised but that's part of it's charm. It was comfy and cosy and really good value, walking distance from supermarkets and bus stops. Will definitely be booking again.

Great location for where I was visiting in Leeds. Fair price for a one-bed house. It's good that it has two function rooms and a kitchen downstairs. I liked the wetroom style bathroom. Gaining entry to the property was easy and straightforward. It was good to have the extra metal gate on the front door for the feel of extra security.

The odd smell in the front room, like a hamster cage or something, has sat in that room too long in the past. Luckily, that was the only room that did. Before going out for the evening, I checked all the windows (habit) and found all three downstairs windows handles unlocked, in a way that they could be pulled open with ease from the outside! I'm very glad I had checked! The front door was not fitted very well/loose. This is resolved by the metal gate, I am guessing. Overall I would happy to stay again at this property. Its is in a convenient location and I like have a larger space for the same price, if not cheaper, than other single roomed hotels in Leeds.
