well designd and super clean for the price exceptional good value. if I have to stay again for short break at phuket, can only recommed it. staff super helpful, the cafe is an absolute gem. best breakfast and coffee

location was a bit far out. also the outside sitting space limited. we had to use the taxi a lot to get to restaurants and food shopping. small hotel with a good price. so it was ok for a short stay.

Nice, new and clean. Rooms were small but cozy. Reception always there and very friendly and supplied extra help with renting and extending our scooter.

Didn’t like the location, on a street with many “massage” shops that were definitely not massage shops as you could see girls wearing numbers. They don’t annoy you if you’re walking though they just wait. Didn’t like the people on our floor not respecting the SILENT signs around the hotel and would be running and yelling at godly hours of the night, and would NOT respect when we could come out of our room at 11pm to ask them to be quiet politely. One night we ended up shutting their own door for them as they just left it open and were basically screaming down the hall at the rest of the family. Absolutely disgusting when you’re trying to have a peaceful street as the location of the hotel itself is not in a loud area. More soundproofing on the hotel I guess would help but these animals were atrociously loud and had no respect so if you plan on staying, stand your ground and tell them to be quiet.

Staff were responsive. Coffee shop next door was convenient and nice.

The rooms were not clean. The bathrooms were poorly decorated/ designed, dirty and without ventilation. Some of the rooms don’t have windows at all. The street the hotel is located on is full of strip clubs/brothels - we were not happy with the hotel and unwilling to stay in the room - when discussed with the staff they were responsive and understanding.

Clean rooms, small but clean and cozy pool. Small cafeteria in the same building. Traveling with a toddler we liked the japanese styled bed on the floor - less to worry about falls and consequent cries....

A bit away from downtown, but still a walkable distance (15 min) to sunday night market on the main old town street.
