Staff behavior. They were shouting all the time. Some were smoking and some were singing and also were listening to folk music. AC was not in a good condition and the staff refused to provide the remote of the AC.

hot water was not available. little maintenance is needed like fixing of washroom door lock, air con water leaking in washroom , absence of sockets besides bed
