Location excellent - so quiet an area yet very quick walk into the town centre. The kitchen was a delight. The bedroom excellent and the bathroom fantastic. The central heating worked well and quickly (except in the front TV area where it was longer to get warm for some reason)

The steps up to the front door very steep - fine and understand that - but were icy a few times whilst we were there and the handle was far too low a height to make us feel very safe when walking up and down. Esp with the steps being very small in depth. The boiler was very effective and clearly very new - but was a bit too noisy for me (not the others who slept like angels!) in the middle of the night when it kicked in every now and then - It was VERY cold when we were there so it was doing its job!!

For use was just a little to far out of town as we needed to be other end each day

Everything about the accommodation was fantastic. Check in instructions couldn’t have been any clearer, and the host was so friendly and helpful on messages. We’ll definitely be back!!

real home from home

lovely spacious property, very good location and close to town centre but off the roadside so very peaceful.

quite steep stairs but can’t be helped.. only thing I can think of.

The bedrooms didn’t feel quite as good as the rest of the apartment.

Location, fabulous as we love Penrith shame it’s now only allowed for two adults as would have booked again as we travel with friends. Great little flat.

Would suggest a couple of tea towels , fridge and microwave need replacing, fridge door does not shut properly, microwave enamel coming off inside so do not use.
