Amazing hotel with great rooms and facilities. All staff were super helpful, everyone within the hotel was trying to please us and make our stay comfortable and satisfying. Rooms are very spacious, pools are amazing, all beachbeds are super comfortable. Also there is an amazing music all over the hotel with a perfectly set volume and great selection of relaxing songs. This is one of the best hotel at the Kenyan cost. We will definitely come back.

After visiting more than 300+ hotels all over the world, this was the most terrible booking experience I've ever had. About 10 days before our check-in George reached out to me on whatsapp from a random Spanish number and sent a link demanding me to make a payment for the whole stay. This looked fishy and I reached out to booking.com support who told me not to pay through any links as per policy I shall be paying upon arrival. I refused to pay and few days later George reached out to me again through the booking.com app and start threatening me to cancel my booking (sending me a screenshot of him holding his cursor on the cancel button) claiming that he couldn't verify my identity and my credit card is a fraud, and this gives him the authority to cancel my booking. I reached out to the booking.com support again and they strongly advised not to make any payments through any links, they also said they reached to the hotel directly but there was no response. Upon arriving and making the payment (it turns out my credit card wasn't a fraud) I didn't get an apology from anyone. This was quite stressful as I was afraid that he could actually cancel our booking and given that this is a high season this could ruin the whole holiday if we had to look for another hotel. I believe for a hotel of such a premium level, there should be a better treatment for customers who want to spend time with their families at your hotel.

Pool was great, food was impeccable, and staff were friendly!

The room was beautiful and comfortable, there was a relax area with a pool, and couches outside of the room. The staff was helpful, there were bicycles to use for free to go to other restaurants or beaches. The yoga session was also very good.

The restaurant was very limited, and you had to go to the 'twin hotel' that was 200 meters away to eat. We also had some issue with a taxi organized by the hotel, but I think it was not the hotel's fault. Not on the beach front.

it’s a gorgeous and luxurious property. we loved that each villa had its own pool, the bikes provided to ride between the two properties (there are two separate resorts), the sunset tour (despite the clouds covering the sun), and of course the very friendly and accomodating staff!

that the menu is better at one resort over the other :-/ the beach was not great but that’s not the fault of the resort and the pool could could use some freshening up but wasn’t that big deal.

Overall the hotel is incredible. Yo can see why it is call Billionaire. You can enjoy the amenities from both the 2 Hotels that distance them selves about 500 meters. The rooms are quite big and you can easily enjoy the pools without disturbance.

The service in regards to the meals needs to be reviewed. There were a lot of misunderstandings when choosing the plates and foods. Almost on every meal we got surprises of foods/plates not requested.

Everything was amazing at billionaires But the retreat was absolutely stunning, very relaxing, the everything was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay at the retreat again we loved our entire stay😍.

Dinner at the retreat was cold , took so much time to arrive and tasted not as great as the food at billionaires. We ended up having all our meals at the other site

the hotel is wonderful, very beautiful and very well maintained. the pools are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. the food is also very good, although expensive. for a few days of rest the hotel is fantastic.

The beach, although beautiful, is not easy to swim in the sea. what really needs to be improved is the training and competence of the staff. all the staff was very friendly but they make a lot of mistakes, wrong information and changes with orders.
