What breakfast? there wasn't one. Also there was no coffee. For the amount they charged, they could at least have had a small coffee station.

The premises were ok, but for the amount I was charged, it was way below expectation. Also, the sun rises on that side of the building. It should at least have black out curtains. Fortunately, I brought eye light block visor. The black out curtains or even if they replaced the blinds with heat blocking blinds would also solve the heating issue in the apartment from sun all day.

Nice sized apartment with plenty of space. Had everything you needed to cook, do laundry, and relax. VERY sound proof and the halls are quiet. Love that the couch doubled as an extra bed. Very generous with the extra sheets/towels/pillows/blankets.

It was very easy. A recorded video instruction was sent ahead of our arrival. This made the check-in seemless.

The owner could have communicated to us better at the time of check in

The location is amazing with so many restaurants, bars, and shops near by. Place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Checkin in was easy and communication with staff was very easy.

The blinds aren’t the best for blocking light and sleeping in. Consider adding some black out curtains.

There was a black vehicle on my reserve parking and was never moved after I made a complaint during my visit. I was really upset I had to park outside the streets when I had a reserved parking that was payed for to park inside the garage I was NOT satisfied at all with this visit . I stayed 3 nights with my vehicle parked outside the street instead of my reserved parking that was PAYED for to park inside the garage. Disappointed.
