We were visiting our granddaughter who is attending Belmont University and the property was as advertised, walling distance of the school

This location checked all the boxes and we would definitely go back. It was clean , tastefully decorated and had the most comfortable beds. The owner was great to work with and the property was in a great area. 5 Stars.

We were visiting Belmont, and this was the perfect location to explore. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Everything you may need for a brief stay is provided. We loved every minute of our time here.

Rental was as described. Great location, close to cute restaurants, shops and Belmont University. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and I would stay again!

I loved the cleanliness and location of the condo. So much effort put into making the condo feel like home. Everything we needed was right there. The only issue we had was the VRBO App was not working properly so could not contact the owner to let her know the dishwasher was acting kind of quirky. In order to get it to start my husband had to play around with it for awhile.. something with the lock not locking. If it wasn’t for the dishwasher this place would most definitely get a 5 Rating from us.

Host was super responsive and the place is in such a great location! Walking distance to a great area with plenty of restaurants, shops & some bars. Just a 10 min ride to Broadway. Would definitley stay here again, no questions asked!

We celebrated our anniversary with some close friends. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The location of the property to retail and restaurants was a plus. There were plenty of places with 2-3 blocks. We did walk to downtown one day. that was at least 2 miles but it took us thru Vanderbilt campus which is very pretty.

Overall, great accommodations for 2 couples. Very comfy beds. Safe location, within 1 hour walk of Lower Broadway/Honky Tonks (or short Uber ride). Kettle would have been appreciated. Could hear neighbours walking around a bit upstairs. Only an issue for the light sleepers of the group. Stayed in late September. Hot weather but accommodations were nice and cool.

The condo was great for 2 couples. Close to restaurants & shopping. Short Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway.

Stayed here to drop our son off at Belmont. Great location - close to Belmont, Vanderbilt and restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay and really liked the art work inside the apartment very nice!

The area was close to shopping, restaurants, and quick drive to Broadway but far enough away to be private and quiet. We were 5 women who comfortably shared the 2 baths and 3 beds which worked out perfectly accept not enough mirrors ;)

The apartment is in a GREAT location, AC worked incredibly and the unit provided everything we needed. Please take into account the unit is near a few hospitals so sirens are a thing, and come Friday and Saturday night there is extra activity and noise in the area and from other units. We would stay here again!

Cute convenient property, very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space for 2 couples. It is first floor though and the people staying above us were stomping on the floor at all hours of the morning and night! Super annoying to say the least.

Great location. Very responsive host. Clean property. Close to everything. Could use a few tweaks in bedrooms to make a better experience for visitors.(towel hooks, storage). Overall nice property. Walk to Belmont Mansion on University campus. Uber downtown.

Nice modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, had just about everything we needed for a five day stay. Met with other family members here. Each of us had our own bedroom and private bathroom. The area was close to everything. We could walk to breakfast. And downtown only 10 minutes away. We use Lyft app to get around. Most rides were between seven and $10. $20 to the airport. Enjoyed our trip, comfortable place.

We had a great stay in Nashville for the first time. Next time we visit we will inquire if this condo rental is available. It is close to all of the attractions.

We were on a "Sisters Trip" to Nashville and didn't want to be in the middle of the nightlife and this location was PERFECT. It was an inexpensive Uber ride to the heart of downtown but yet only a block or two (easy easy walk) to MANY AWESOME RESTAURANTS and shops! It was literally one-two blocks to Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, Taco Mama, HopDoddy, Double Dog, Grilled Cheeserie and Crumbl Cookies and WE ATE AT ALL OF THEM! Fabulous and much less expensive than the downtown options. The bedding and linens were fabulous/comfy/soft and the property was exactly as described/pictured. It does have a BUSY street running on the one side of the condo but the entrance is on the back and the building was surprisingly sound proof. We did hear some "comings and goings" on Friday and Saturday night but weeknights were very quiet. It is well equipped and had EVERYTHING we needed for a perfect stay and a great time in Nashville. 5 STARS

Very nice inside. Great location. A little noisy being on a busy street.

The property was as listed. We enjoyed our stay. Really only used the place for sleeping. Most of our time was out experiencing Nashville.
