The Nash pad in Illume was wonderful to stay at for a long weekend. The location was great - easy 15-20 minute walk to the Gulch or Broadway. The pool deck was nice to relax in the late afternoon. Nice kitchen and comfy beds.

If you want to visit the Gulch area of Nashville, this location is great. Very short drive into downtown. Ubers are very easy to get. Good security. Underground parking structure. Decent workout room.

Not great but not bad either. Needs some updates but it was laid out well and easy to get in and out of the building with no problems.

Second visit in this building both spacious and well-appointed. Great for socializing and open layout. Walkable to downtown and sites. Private balcony was nice.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this condo. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. Beds were very comfortable and we brought a small noises machine to drown out any street noise at night. No need for a rental car as Ubers were there within 5-10 minutes. Our stay was during the week so traffic was not too bad. All in all we had a very nice stay!

Building and unit is brand new. Very clean and nicely decorated. About one mile away from Broadway with not a lot around it

This place was great. Good location to the Gulch and Broadway. Nice pool. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was roomy and worked out perfect for us.

Location was great. Short Uber rides to downtown. Safe location and secure parking and building. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped, except no blender. Also could have used a broom to clean up a spill we made.

Good location and fairly clean though cleaning people missed mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain - could use more than 4 coffee mugs too as silverware serves more than 4. Didn't use the pool, but the elevator key pads need cleaning or replacement as too many misses with entry on the #'s. Narrow vehicles are better for the garage.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was clean and well kept. Pool area was nice and relaxing. The downside was the bar downstairs blasting music at 3 am. If you are coming for a bachelorette party, this is the place for you. Plenty of ladies partying and having a great time.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Clean, as advertised, full kitchen, comfy beds, decent pool and a pretty quiet building. We read reviews about the noise from the highway so brought a noise machine for sleeping, but it didn’t end up bothering us at all. We expected to have fomo not staying downtown but loved the location - easy 10 min walk to the gulch and 20 min walk to Broadway, $6 Uber ride home. Everyone else we traveled with were crammed into small, noisy places downtown and we loved escaping Broadway after a long night, back to our own quiet private space. The one thing I would say is it is advertised as “a penthouse” but there’s clearly a half level split above us as we heard regular loud stomping footsteps above us. Killed a couple of small cockroaches but seems that is standard in the area. No Bluetooth speaker (expected one to be there) so recommend bringing your own. Overall it was a great place and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Easy location. Property was extremely noisy area.

Area seemed very safe. Easy to get in and out of building/condo. Condo was just as pictured. Very clean and had everything you needed!

Cockroach was in the bathroom and road noise was a bit more than expected. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Place was clean. Elevator near room quit working.

Awesome stay! Very well decorated and perfect amount of space for 5 girls visiting for the weekend! Great location about 5 minutes to Broadway.

This condo is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. Our balcony looked over a fairly busy street. However, the balcony is spacious and has seating for two. The pool is nice and clean. This area is a short drive/scooter ride to the Gulch area with lots of dining. Would be nice to provide a dishcloth or unused sponge.

Beds super comfortable , location was good but would of like to be closer to town. Very awesome kitchen with detail on nice things. Thank you for the small detail with things like the little fan had us sleeping like babies.
