I visited the property with my best friend of 52 years, and we had a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate, and it had all of the items you would need for a stay. The communication with the owner was the best I have received in a very long time. It was so good; it is one of the reasons I would come back to the property in the future. The location is right in the heart of the action, with that comes some noise but the location allows you to be close to food, beer (lol) and the sites. I would highly recommend this property. The check-in procedures are very easy to understand and renter friendly. Great stay!

The apartment itself is beautifully designed and situated in a prime location in downtown Wilmington. Dena and Darren went out of their way multiple times to make sure I was comfortable during my month long stay. Plenty of cookware, washer and dryer, and entertainment options. I highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time staying at Dena’s place. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything you need. There is a cute coffee shop and a cocktail bar right next door. This was a Friendsgiving getaway for us and our dog Kelsey, the condo is spacious, cute and has everything you need. Dena was very responsive and answered all of our questions, definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington at the condo. Located on 2nd street in the middle of everything we planned to do. The condo was clean and well decorated. All of the appliances and furniture were nice, worked well and comfortable We did climb some stairs but it was totally worth it. Close to a great coffee shop and bar next door and 2 blocks from The river walk. Would definitely stay there again! Check out the e-bike tour around the corner also.

This remodeled condo is in an old building in a great location in town with free parking! Everything was in walking distance. It was quite clean and had all the amenities we needed. When necessary, it was very easy to communicate with host and she was very responsive. Of note, it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is also a wedding venue right below the condo so can get a little noisy at night. Neither of these would keep us from staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect downtown location for our wedding weekend. The whole apartment is amazing. Comfortable beds, great amenities, and plenty of space. We can’t wait to return soon.

Our family was in town for the Ironman NC. Location is perfect and the place is exactly as described. Home is well stocked with anything you need in the kitchen. Location is great for walking downtown Wilmington!

Great condo, perfect location! Even though our stay was during a tropical storm, we were able to enjoy the area. Communication with Dena was awesome! She even checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this condo.

This condo is wonderful! The photos really don’t do it justice. The decor is so vibrant. It was super clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable…way better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. You’ll find just about everything you’ll in the condo, and there’s a fully stocked corner market across the street if not. The Riverwalk and many restaurants, bars. and coffeehouses are all within walking distance. Dena is an a phenomenal host …very friendly and had great communication. I will definitely rebook to experience her “little slice of heaven” again.

This was an absolutely amazing property. It is located in the perfect spot and was just perfect. The condo was perfect and allowed us both to have our own room but a wonderful shared common space. Also, Dena was so helpful and was great about everytying.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in downtown Wilmington close to bars, restaurants and shops! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

1. Apartment is in a fantastic location for staying in historic downtown wilmington. 2. There is a lovely bar nextdoor called Banter. 3. There is a coffeeshop opening up very soon, next door as well. 4. I do not recommend this place if you have younger kids, but is great for adults.

From the moment I booked this property, the owner communicated with me, providing so many helpful tips in planning our visit! The apartment is perfect! Beautifully renovated and decorated! So centrally located that once we parked Friday evening, our car didn’t move again until Monday morning! Everything was at our fingertips!!

The.condo is exceptionally clean, modern, and close to everything in the historic district of Wilmington. Comfortable and decorated very nicely, which is hard to find in a pet friendly property. Dena was super helpful and friendly as always!! We enjoyed our stay!

What a perfect place to stay for our wedding at The Atrium. Very clean and an overall just great place to stay.

This rental in Wilmington has it all. It is in a perfect location, is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home experience. We could not believe how quiet it was. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. The condo was roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. Dena was the PERFECT hostess and responded to every question quickly. Parking was just across the street so it was convenient to unload and load the car. It is a 3rd floor unit and there is no elevator so you will get enough exercise to walk off all the great meals you are bound to have while visiting!

Best way to spend few nights in downtown Wilmington. Cozy, immaculate and beautifully designed condo. Our hostess gets the highest marks for communication, written directions, and friendliness. The area is safe, walkable with excellent restaurants and charming businesses nearby.

We had an amazing weekend. The property was a great location to walk around downtown Wilmington. A short drive to Wrightsville Beach. Dena was available whenever I had questions. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

The apartment was as advertised; cozy, clean, well stocked, with easy foot access to the whole of downtown Wilmington.

Place was great! Clean, comfy! Very nicely decorated- kitchen had all we needed. Linens and towels clean and soft! Great location- able to walk to town - eateries , pubs - and walked to wedding that we were invited to!! Easy check- in! Owner lovely!

What a fabulous stay in a fabulous place! Our family spent 4 days in Wilmington and I can not recommend this property enough…it was better than the pictures and in a fantastic location to explore downtown Wilmington. The condo is located in an older, historic building which gave it charm. The place itself is completely renovated and was so nice, comfortable and clean…and I’m pretty picky :-). It had everything you needed — we didn’t cook b/c of so many great eats in the area but the kitchen was well stocked and you could have prepared anything! We also loved that it was pet friendly and came with a parking spot. Because the location was so great, we parked the car and never got in it again until we had to leave. The condo is very close to the waterfront and numerous places for eats & drinks…downtown Wilmington is super walkable. Our host and communication with her was fabulous as well. Check in / out process was spelled out and easy, she checked on us during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything and she had great recommendations for places to eat and hang out. We would love to return to Wilmington someday and if we do I would hope to stay here again!

Everything about this spot is perfect. Beautiful rental, amazing location, easy check in, plenty of accommodations, and smooth communication. We can’t wait to come back!!
