We had a great stay. Awesome host

The photos showing this property are completely deceptive. It is disappointing among other things.. The furniture is absolutely horrible, I mean broke down and I mean broke, and the foul odor of the sectional, the living room furniture needs to be thrown out replaced immediately.,it needs to be dried out, the smelly moisture odor is beyond overwhelming, two doors in the back have no curtains which means you can see directly inside and it was one of the most unsafe/unsettling feelings I have experienced in my entire life. This was an extremely uncomfortable position to say the least, and very scary until we went to the store to get coverage for them. The air conditioner does not work properly and needs to be replaced., the property has a stench causing the inside of the property to be extremely moist, hot, and uncomfortable. I was advised that although yes, there is a extra room above the garage no one would be there (because yes O floop no one else would be onsite.. however peoplewent and came the entire weekend.

Newly remodeled wonderfull home great location for us as we were within 15 mins of family home, and graduation location.

EJ was an awesome host! He was extremely helpful, responsive, and hands-on. Prior to check in, EJ initiated contact, maintain throughout our stay, and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. The home was huge and provided enough beds for 12 adults. The furniture is a old but adequate. The game table and arcade machine was underwhelming but the adults didn't mind and the 10 kids still used them. I highly recommend anyone staying here and I/We would stay again.

We had 11 family members in town for our son's wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, spacious, and a welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived. We met EJ and he was very nice and accommodating. Try staying here if you have a large family.

We held a small wedding at the house, and some of our out-of-town children and grandchildren stayed for a long weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house and the surrounding community. Communication was great, and EJ and his team were very kind and accommodating.

The host was very helpful and willing to help if needed. The house served the purpose needed with plenty of room and entertainment. If/when returning back to Houston area for a stay I will look into this location again. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood made the stay that much better and comforting!

We had more than enough beds and found every room useful.The game room was probably the favorite room, plus the excellent tv's and cable provided lots of family memories. The kitchen has enough supplies for a family of 4. The backyard was a wonderful addition to lazy days and celebratory nights.
