Big rooms with tv & freeze, rooms have balcony with nice view, very comfortable matressand clean bedsheets. Lady at reception is very polite and helpful, friendly owner, wine shop and on ground floor, lots of restaurants nearby, palolembus stop is at walkable distance, rooms and balcony have sofa, nice wifi speed, mobile network is also strong, very near to beach - you have to walk 5 mins. Nice stay and will visit again

The hotel is on the main road and easy to find. The room was quite big with Fridge and water heater. The bed is big, there is a nice balcony with a view of a tropical garden at the back of the hotel.

The bad had old spring loaded mattress that's not very comfortable. The bathroom door is made of plastic and quite poor in quality. The general design of the property is pretty poor.

The geyser is a big no because hot water isn't available most of the time. I think only 1 geyser services the entire guest house. Blankets are not thick, the sleeping sheets ate too thin abd doesn't protect against cold, when asked I was informed that extra blanket cannot be provided. The owner Rajnikant is rude. We had 1 friend who visited us and we asked for a mattress which we eventually got . I understand it was late at night but they was he spoke to us was not professional. He kept on repeating that we should have informed him earlier. We all apologised to him in front of our families but he kept on repeating. The bill shows about 17K but I was charged 19K.

The location is very good just 5 mints walk from beach lots of restaurants around good ambience the staff specially sushmita was very supportive. Cleaning done everyday good spacious room. Would love to visit again

The room was spacious with kitchen, sofa, mini-fridge, extra bed with mattress and balcony. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. It is not a fancy place but it exceeded my expectations for the price we paid. It is at a short distance from Palolem beach and there are quite some restaurants nearby. I liked Kopi Desa in particular. The staff at the hotel Sushmita was extremely helpful. She helped me plan my travel from North Goa to South Goa and always picked my calls for any queries.

The AC did not maintain constant room temperature and the room got colder even at 25 degrees. I had to keep fiddling with the remote to make it comfortable. The balcony was enclosed with glass so it got really hot and humid there. On some days we got lukewarm water in the shower.

Top value for money. Decent location. Clean and quiet room with good countryside view from the balcony. Tea kettle and refrigerator provided. Fresh water was available too. Here I saw the cleanest bathroom ever. No water-logging at all and good, functional fixtures. Excellent WiFi and very effective AC. Very courteous staff. This is the kind of property that does proud to BOOKING.COM hospitality resource.
