Not finding this place sooner

The property was above our expectations! we stayed one night just before we flew from Gatwick and I'm so glad we did. the host was so lovely and went out of her way to make us comfortable even when we arrived pretty late. You literally have everything there you could want or need.

The only thing that made me a tad nervous was the metal stairs to enter the property. When we arrived it was raining and I was concerned about slipping. this was a me issue and not down to the property as it hadn't been too long since I had had hip surgery.

Easy check in, free parking, short walk to station, clean, comfortable, everything you'd need was supplied, quiet, safe, complimentary drinks and ice cream a really nice touch. Outstanding place.

The apartment was absolutely excellent and more than we hoped for. We used it for a Gatwick airport pre-flight stay and it was perfect. 20 mins from the airport. Our host Di was terrific on communication and the little touches were really appreciated. The double bathroom was also really helpful for four of us! We would highly recommend thank you so much.

Nothing, honestly!

Little treats for kids, Xmas decors, lovely and comfy

Di provided coffee, tea and milk and drinks in the fridge. Apartment was warm and had everything we needed. Di was very helpful and kind.

Nothing really. Maybe there could have been a kitchen hand towel but everything else was provided.

The host went above, and beyond the call of duty. Not with standing that the apartment was super groovy and beautifully appointed, the guest left me expensive gifts for my 60th birthday, and it was an absolute surprise bonus to be able to meet them on departure. All the little extras were modern and bright to match the light in the rooms. It was beyond our wildest dreams. And lots of little extras in the bathroom. Everything to make your stay incredibly comfortable. All appliances, completely modern, and it was a thrill to have A washing machine. Bottle of champagne in the fridge as well. I felt incredibly affluent

We initially required an explanation as to how to open the European handle on the front door. As a 60-year-old I did struggle with bringing my heavy luggage up and down the outside stairs you had to access to get into the upstairs apartment, but our host generously assisted.🙂
