What a great place!! Loved the breakfast bar and outside fire pit! House was very spacious and accommodating for our family!! Would definitely stay again!!

We had a good stay - the house has everything it lists on the vrbo. It is very close to many things for walking around the beach. Mike and Emily are responsive and they do provide some nice amenities for breaksfast and coffee coverage!! Bathrooms are very small and laid out a little hard for 8 adults but manageable. All in all a good stay with great property managers!

So nice to be able to stay at the beach and not pay the on the beach prices. Literally a 3 min walk to the beach. Chilling on the patio around the fire pit was nice. I came to relax and I was able to do just that!!

My siblings and I booked our first family vacation and we wanted a house with enough beds to accommodate the 5 of us. We each had our own bedroom. The living quarters are spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of dinnerware and more than enough towels. It was nice to have the 10 chair dining table. We were impressed that the dining room was stocked with coffee, cereal, and snacks. There was even an unopened container of milk in the fridge to get us going in the morning. The grounds are spacious and well-kept. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend renting this house.

Host was top notch going above and beyond to provide extra accommodations to make our stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood seems to be in a transitional stage but the property itself was very nice. Would highly recommend this host to others.

It’s a very old wonky house but it worked fine for our group. It was quiet and we could walk to the beach. The kids loved the yard. It’s managed by a property manager though and they wouldn’t let us check in bevies 5 pm and even then they never called or messaged me with the check in code until I finally got a hold of them around 6 pm. They said someone was supposed to call me with the code…no one ever did. The outdoor shower didn’t work, a lot of the beach gear is missing, and there was a severe leak from the ceiling in the back room when it rained.

We rented this property for a family trip with my brother, his wife and 3 year old son. The owner has all of the essentials for kids. Baby bath tub, toys, games, kitchen ware the list goes on. We were very satisfied with our stay and easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

If you have a large group with kids, this location is perfect. Older home that's clean, comfortable and complete with all amenities. The host were very hospitable and helpful.

Very lovely house gperfect placement everything is within 10-15 minutes would recommend to everyone and willing to rent again the owners are very pleasant people and a great fenced in yard for dogs and small children

We really enjoyed the stay. The location was great for the beach and downtown. We had a group of 9 adults and had more than enough space. We loved using the yard and fire pit.

An easy couple of blocks walk to the beach.
A quaint older home with big yard - perfect for dog. Rooms a little disjointed, as can be with older homes, but grateful everyone could have a bed with our crew of 10. It was a lovely gesture to have breakfast items available for renters. Owner was very open and available with quick response.

Home was in a great location near the beach and very well stocked. The large yard was a great place to unwind after spending the day at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The house was an older home but in good condition. Plenty of room for all of us we had 4 couples. Several little extras around the house that impressed us. Snacks, water, milk cereal all excellent touches Linens provided nice lush towels. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This property is is perfect for a large family. We enjoyed the enclosed yard and fire pit. All amenities we needed were within minutes of the house and the beach is the next street over! We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! It is an easy walk over to the beach in just a couple of minutes, but nice and quiet. The property is expansive with a big yard and lots of outdoor area to stretch out, and the house has plenty of room for lots of people.
The property management is fantastic! They were very polite and accommodating throughout the trip and we have nothing but good things to say.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was just my husband and my son staying here, but the house is plenty big for large groups! The location is great and the little goodies like the coffee, snacks, cereal and milk gave this stay the perfect touch. The owner even went out of the way to drop by the house to give us dairy alternative milk since our son has a milk allergy and couldn't drink the milk provided. I would absolutely stay here again as we had a wonderful experience!

Searched high and low for a family friendly rental near the beach we could share with family in town for a wedding. The house had everything we needed and more and was a joy to spend time at after around the fire and patio spaces sharing time together. Easiest check in/check out. Endless supply of towels, toiletries, and goodies AND WAS an unbeatable value. Completely fenced and gated yard for the kids and security. No carpets for allergies! Thx you so much! Can’t wait to come back!
