This property was advertised as a clean and newly renovated property with the host being open to communication. However, upon our booking, we quickly realized that was not the case. Immediately after booking I received an automated message to which I responded to provide clarity on the total number of people staying. I never received a response. In addition, the next correspondence I received didn’t even acknowledge the message I had sent and at that point I could tell tell I was receiving automated messages. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn the driveway was not in the best shape due to its extensive damage. During our stay, we encountered a large water bug, multiple gnats and possibly bedbugs. This morning while preparing for checkout, bugs were found in one of the beds, while another guest woke up to multiple bites on their arm and back. At that point, all guests were disgusted and ready to depart. I do not recommend staying at this property. I would also like to be contacted via email about my experience where I can provide proof and see what options are available for a refund as our stay was not satisfactory!

In town for a college sports event, this house serves the purpose. Very minimal but had most of what we needed.

A quick overnite on our trek to the west coast. Very comfortable home and a friendly, accessible host! We had no idea how charming Conway could be - "city of colleges." Next time we travel the I-40 we plan to explore the town and hopefully return to Raegan's lovely home.

Cleaning Crew could use some training. Every Towel was folded and put away Damp. The house is very nice and well stocked. This was our second stay with this Property Manager. A Great place for a Family get together.

We were in town for a meeting. The house was great. nicely redone, simple, and yet had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking in the future!

I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and well stocked. It is only a couple of blocks from Kroger, making grocery runs easy. My family and i enjoyed our stay.

Host was very accommodating and responded quickly! Check in and out was easy. House was very clean and comfortable. Had all the cookware needed to cook dinner. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. One of the best deals I’ve come across.

When we arrived there where over stuffed trash cans on the carport. It was night and the light on the carport was not working. Had asked if additional throws would be available and was told yes, but that was not the case. No toaster, which might not seem like a big deal except we brought bagels to have for quick breakfast, so that didn’t work out. The furnishings were very nice but not enough seating for 8 adults in living area. Bedding was great! Host Communication could have been better. Asked the host two questions and no response to either question. We have stayed at many VRBO’s but will just stay at hotel next time.

Clean, spacious property with a fenced in backyard if you bring your dog. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was a great location for our family to stay. Close to a lot of amenities, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We weren’t there much during the day, but it was great to chill in the evening. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is a huge factor when not sleeping in your own bed. We stayed in another house this owner has last year.

Clean and roomy house with comfy beds! Two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a walk in shower, which was perfect for us! Awesome quiet neighborhood! Big back yard for play! Wonderful house all around and we will definitely be back!

This trip to Conway was for our granddaughter’s wedding. Fortunately I found this wonderful home for us to stay. The home was very clean, soft towels, space to move about, nice space for parking. Our granddaughter asked if she could get ready at the rental due to the closeness of venue. Everything was perfect there. One thing would help is the two exterior doors allowed Fly’s in the cracks. Doors could use Weather Stripping.

On a quiet street, spotlessly clean, all amenities one might need. Good communication with owners. Thoughtful with neat and tidy mountains of clean towels! A fantastic addition to Conway.
