The staff were so very welcoming and friendly.
As it was very hot weather we had to.keep the Windows open and it was very noisy from both traffic and seagulls but know there is nothing can be done about either. Perhaps a fan in the room when it's hot weather.

The room was huge! The bathroom had a bath and a shower. The bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The owner and his staff are so friendly and accommodating ! The room was spacious with all facilities that we required . The Bell Inn is in an ideal position to visit Cheltenham without the noise of the town centre .

The hotel was located in a central area close to town and access to public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place as a whole seemed to be nice and tidy and clean.
The room was described as deluxe not sure why it was just a normal room, the bathroom/ shower room was exceptionally small as a big guy it was a struggle for me to have a shower.
