Nice place and good service

Nice villa with pool by the sea for the family. Comfortable beds

Carpets were dirty. Water slides broken. Pool table and cues unusable. Bodybuilding machine broken.

The property was spacious for my team of 18 people, the host was extremely helpful and always available. His staff were also very helpful and non-intrusive. The place felt safe. His staff helped us prepare our breakfast and were available for room service when we needed them. The host helped with whatever we needed.

The rooms are as pictured but unfortunately not as clean as expected. The carpets and walls were not clean. The blankets need to be renewed; they are washed but slightly stained from age. Hot water was not always available in all bathrooms and shower pressure was weak in some master-bedrooms. The location at the beach is great but the villa is difficult to find and access for taxis (no paved road in the neighborhood). However, if you ask the host to call a ride for you, he is quick to provide one.

We had a great time in the villa. Everything clean, well equipped, the pool is nice.

I have been in Egypt so far for 3 years. This has been the only place which actually exceeded my expectations. I had constact with the owner immediately after I made the reservation and he send me real good info. The place is provite and the help is just assisting you no harassment. 10/10

Everything else were very nice.

Water slide was broken. Some furniture were worn out. Some plumbing work need fixing

Pool privacy, outdoor facilities, indoor spacing, location, and overall service.

Carpets and air conditioners need maintenance, and locals access the private garden area.
