Great location, amenities, great view for one of the rooms. 2nd room had a huge rip in curtain. Took some value and look away. Upkeep okay. Nice stay otherwise. Great value for family. Breakfast was amazing.

Their breakfast was like no other! Everything was very fresh & hands down the croissants were crispy & fluffy. Service was excellent on every aspects.

View from room was great. Room seemed older but it was adequate. Small mini frig sat on the floor with a little coffee pot on top. Not very appealing.
Parking was $45. A day in an unsecured parking lot. WiFi was not free. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for evening meal.

Wonderful. They let us do early check in. Friendly staff. Parking available. Walking distance to the falls. The hotel view it’s stunning. Love it!!!!

Very very very bad because the will keep charging you money even after you leave Canada !!!
You need to pay 16$ a day for slow WIFI and if you want breakfast included you need to pay for that and parking as well so prepare your self paying at least 400$ a night !! It's not even 5 stars hotel

Hotel is strategically located. Rooms are large and spacious. Daily parking fee of $45/night is too high. Restaurants in the immediate area are overpriced even for a popular tourist destination.

It is trap to squeeze more money of you, parking , breakfast, water bottles, we will never stay in this hotel in the future.

The view from my room was fantastic, Niagara Falls was breathtaking. The cost was a little high but I received the room I requested, it was well worth it

The property was good overall, however there are 30 floors. So you can imagine that there were a lot people using the elevators. The wait time was rather long espacially that one of the four elevators was not working.

The hotel was at the very end of the street. Walking is required to all the attractions. There is a bus pass that is offered by the hoetl, however you wait forever for a bus to come to the stop, sometimes as long as 20 minutes or longer. The carpet is very old and dirty and dirty in rooms on the 5th floor. Elevators are very slow, and one was not in operation during our weekend stay and one was inoperable on Friday evening. For the size of the hotel there were only 4 elevators

Really nice room with great view. Very attentive housekeeper and delivered coffee pods when we ran out.
One elevator was out of service making for some long waits in this 30 story Marriott.

I loved the hotel’s location to the falls.
We had a fantastic view from our room.
We could see just about anything including the nightly fireworks.
The restaurant was just average. The food and added service fees were very expensive compared to the value and service of your meal.
I ordered waffles one morning (not from the buffet).
I’m pretty sure my $40 plate of waffles, were toaster pop-ups.
