The Randles is a terrific mix of old style elegance combined with all the modern amenities. The rooms are clean & tidy. It's a short walk to shopping, attractions & restaurants. The staff were most helpful & welcoming.

The property was lovely, however upon check in we were greeted by a semi unfriendly gentleman from California with an Irish accent. He seemed upset that we were unhappy with the room and talked at my mother telling her it was her fault the room was booked incorrectly. My Son slept on the floor that night. The room was nice but had many stains all over the rugs.

Mattress wasn't great on first night but we were moved and second room was perfect.

Beautiful common areas. Very relaxing to sit and have drinks in the evenings. Nice room. A little warm but you can open windows. Really well renovated bathroom with large rainfall head shower. Good location for walking to town. Handy parking. Overall good stay. Only dropped star as found pricing a bit high this time around but it was August.

Out of all of my travel... this place is my favorite place we've ever stayed! It's classic and elegant. The room was very large and the bed soft and comfortable. The staff was the best part of all. They truly went out of their way to be helpful! I wish there was A Randels in The United States because it would be my forever go to! It is one of many gems in Ireland! Thank you for making us feel welcomed and taken care of when we were so far away from home!

The checking receptionist was not friendly and welcoming to my group . I noticed that when other people came in she was warm and friendly with them .

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great location. Good pool facilities but it gets busy and crowded if there's is more than 5 people. Would like to see better continental breakfast options, e.g. savoury options, more varied fresh fruit.

The hotel was nice. However, I do not believe I would choose to stay here again. My door did not lock- the lock was broken or never functional. I had a room right above the bar and it was very noisy until around 1 am.

Lost our power outlet converter, would be useful to stock spares to sell or lend.

Upscale seeming property, but not so great beneath the surface. There were cornflakes on the carpet, and dirty behind nightstands. Then, the water wasn’t hot, parking not easy, and no lamps on the nightstands for reading. And our road-facing room was very noisy. The breakfast was good, but overall, I was disappointed by the hotel. Easy walk into town, however, so that was good. For what I paid, though, I expected better.

We chose this property based on its location, amenities and historic charm. The beds were comfy and the room quiet. The swimming pool and sauna were an especially nice treat. The day spa was a bit difficult to utilize due to communication issues. (Not the hotel's fault. It was operated by a separate group. )

The hotel was beautiful, lots of character and we were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise! But the staff really sells the place. Check in and check out were quick and seamless. Billy in the pool area was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and the front of the house staff was welcoming and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return!

Hotel was very nice. Beautiful bathroom. Good location. Parking and dropping off back was a little tricky but at least it was included in the price. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little too warm and could not really adjust the heat.

Spent two night in Killarney. Hotel is very grand with very good staff service and very comfortable. Hotel is near the town within walking distance.
Parking was available, both at street and basement level.

Randles Killarney is a cozy hotel within walking distance to the National Park. After a long day of touring, the sauna, steam room and pool were a delight with the attentive staf. Although it was chilly outside, the hotel lit all the fireplaces to keep us warm. There were many places to cozy up next to the fire. We had the most amazing breakfast server Anna who when she found out we were traveling to Dublin, she asked the chef pack us sandwiches for the trip. They were yummy too! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer at this wonderful hotel.
