I wipe down my room and spray everything down. I didnt wipe up not one single hair and that is good. Everything was clean and the bed was amazing plus i loved the pillows ❤️

Stayed here pre-cruise, short walk to port and walkable to other sites of interest; check-in was very efficient, free drinks and snacks in the evening was nice, free hot breakfast was good; suite was spacious with a separate bedroom; clean and comfortable; would stay again.

We came for the ERAS concert this past weekend. Overall I would stay there again, BUT valet needs either communication radios or more staff.
On Saturday we waited an hour and a half for my car to be brought to the front.

Parking staff is horrible...i kept calling the property after i fot my car, they kept hanging up the phone. I cant lock my car, unable to tuev valet off

The hotel is nice but for where it is and the price you’d think it would be better. Everything is just sort of old looking and dull. Needs lots of updates. The room furniture and everything was very mid. I wouldn’t call this a nice hotel. For the price point you can definitely do better. If the happy hour and breakfast matter then sure stay there but if you want something that looks and feels like 2024 don’t stay there.

Great stay, one of the better hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
Location is great steps away from critically acclaimed bars, and restaurants. Very friendly service.
The building is very large and old and sometimes shows it's age. Very enjoyable stay and the staff is fantastic.

We arrive in the afternoon. We didn’t have receive are keys to the room until several hours later as we were left in the lobby.

Our room was not ready at 4pm as promised. They had bed bugs, and the offered no compensation for any of the inconveniences.

I love Embassy Suites. But not this one. They tried to charge me $90 to check in 11 minutes early. I didn’t do it. 15 mins later, my room wasn’t ready. 2 hours late, I got into my room. Some staff were amazing, others not up to the Embassy Suites level I’m used to. Room was nice and breakfast was decent. I’ll be looking another direction when I come back to New Orleans :(

When I tried to check in before 4, they said my room is ready but I cannot have it unless I give them $90. So we waited. At 4 they said my room now was NOT ready. We waited for many hours before they finally gave myself and my other family members a room. We missed our dinner reservations. I couldn't even get a shower so we had to go get fast food. Ruined our entire evening of plans after driving over 7 hours to town. This is the worst Embassy Suites I've ever been to.

We have stayed here several times, and have loved it. But this time we were disappointed. The room was just not up to standards. The air conditioner cover was falling off the wall and the rug in the bedroom was very wet. Although the service from all the workers was excellent, we may have to rethink where we stay when in New Orleans next time.

Loved the hotel lobby for drinks every evening and breakfast every morning. The staff was wonderful and the suite was huge. The pool, which I enjoyed on my last morning, was nice and it gave a great view of the amazing mural. The hotel was convenient to everything and walkable (even for an old guy like me) for the Quarter too. My only complaint was the air conditioning - combine hot and humid weather outside with cold and dry in the room and I got the sniffles for the my last two days

The room was good, but need to be updated. Old furniture and fixtures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was very good. The location is good unless you’re in love with the French Quarter, otherwise most places are within walking distance.

The hotel was a nice stay. Tyree in valet was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive with his job. He made sure the cars were out in a timely manner. Always courteous and polite. He’s a great asset to the company.

Definitely a 10 out of 10. The staff was phenomenal from checkin throughout our entire stay. Everyone was attentive and welcoming. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting the area in the future!

The hotel was in a perfect location for our purposes and allowed us to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was a great distraction for the kiddos during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and unexpectedly high quality.
We were disappointed that our two drink vouchers would not provide a bottle of drinking water. Alcohol is free but we had to pay for a bottle of drinking water.

The only thing I’d say was bad was the door handle to the the balcony on the outside of the door…it was a little gross!

Pros : Breakfast ( omelette station ) is top 1 highlight . And HH drinks is complimentary. We ordered piña colada ( Virgin ) kids are happy .
Cons : Waiting for valet took a LONG while . A lot of people lining up for car pick-up or drop-off . They are shorted of staffs .
Sofa bed condition is not quite well .

The staff was Friendly but my second day my AC Unit went out in my room I called 3 times down to the front Desk and no one ever showed up. I ended up checking out at 3 am in the morning because my room was extremely Hot

Our group checked in with no warning that the air conditioning was having problems we only found out when our room was 85 degrees. Maintenance was sent no help finally moved to another room not much better. Terrible weekend experience

AC didn’t work when we got there

After arriving at 10am, I could not be checked in until 5:15pm because the room was not ready. I was then checked into a room with the ac unit torn apart. I was then moved into another room but had to move the following day because the ac stopped working. After moving rooms 3 times the temperature of the last room never went below 76 degrees. Overall a very hot and uncomfortable stay all the way through.
