Everything was good accept house keeping is very slow to come and the reception had no knowledge of how to go around in Abu Dhabi and what to see.

Room was outdated and smelled heavily like cigarettes. The area around the property was fine and close to bus stops. The price was reasonable but I don’t think I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the staff at the desk and concierge. Esp. Panache. I had to return to the front desk several time to reprogram our key card. Said they are installing new software.

Staff were amazing and the room very large. Unfortunately we faced the mosque so early wake up and the bed was very firm but also large like the room. The hotel is at the cornice so everything is to hand. A little dated but a very nice buffet founded off a very pleasant weekend. For the price we would definitely stay again.

Ancient hotel. Looks old and worn out. Some features inside the room don't work. While not using AC even once in three days, and still I felt cold. The closet consists of one shelf only, not enough even for a single person. Small window, so not only is it cold in the room, but also dark. The only plus is the spacious bathroom.

Location it’s good, but conditions of hotel it’s over rated it’s not deserved more than 3 stars or 2 stars because old for everything and needs to renovate. All electric switches not working. Staff are friendly.

The location is very convenient, in the middle of the city, and within proximity of restaurants and shopping.
But the hotel is in miserable condition and needs a total renovation.
The rooms are dated, abused and deteriorated.
I am surprised how they still can obtain permit to operate it.
Surely I don't recommend it.

Rooftop pool was nice, gym was well equipped, the elevators were slow with no stair option, plan extra time for the wait. Otherwise very happy with it overall

My visit was not great. Let me start with the positives.
The staff is awesome, friendly, thoughtful, professional and always on the spot. They really did do a great job. The Location is good.
Now the rest. The bathroom kept leaking, the water was consistently inconsistent in temperature, my 3rd bed (roll away bed) was sooooo uncomfortable and should be immediatly thrown out. My room was missing a lamp and for some reason they couldn't find a lamp to replace it with? The breakfast food was not great, and not worth it. The kitchen staff was awesome.
The hotel elevators were partially out of service and didn't work fast or efficiently at all. I kept having to have my cards reset every day and the card system was on/off working right.
Generally speaking while they did well in the staff service, overall it wasn't work it. The hotel needs to be updated and needs some TLC.

The service was adequate but polite. Elevators are very slow, electronic lock keys had to be reprogrammed. Some staff were grumpy.

Lilia was great in the reception, great service!! breakfast has poor selection, eggs 🍳 made were badly prepared, lunch has good selection.

Our room had strong mold smell and there were some patches on the ceiling that needed some repairs. I didn’t like the location of it as it was right by traffic-lots if small shops and restaurants. But the staff was amazing. Mustafa-Abin and Suleman were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel offers very good value for money. its not the best located in the older part of town but perfectly safe and plenty of cheap taxis to ferry you around. I stayed in a spacious room which was clean, good beds/sheets and bathroom. The room shows signs of wear i.e. sockets and general decor. The pool and gym were good. I only eat breakfast which again was good value.

I found a toothbrush on the floor from another resident's and the TV control was all oily and with dust and the light switches with a lot of dirt. And the boy from the reception from Zimbabwe was the only one who explained things calmly and all easy to understand. The other employees were very much on top of me, it seemed that they were suspicious of my stay at the hotel.
