It is getting a little old and on the expensive side for what you get. The room service was expensive and only so-so

The fan in the room is too noisy and the bathroom needs a refresh

The staff (especially the receptionist when we arrived and the waitresses at the restaurant) were especially helpful and welcoming.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful! So friendly and helpful.

Room was great but there was no curtains other than a thin blind. Not great for sleeping in. Coffee in room could be better. Bed was comfy and room was clean and spacious.

As part of a group of eight, I recently stayed at The Westin, a business-oriented hotel located near the conference centre. While the hotel offered some positives, there were several areas where improvements could be made. Positives: Spacious Accommodations: The King Deluxe room was generously sized. The classic dresser desk added a link to the past. Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the conference centre was beneficial. Areas for Improvement: Inaccurate Billing: Despite booking a package that included breakfast and parking, I was unexpectedly charged for breakfast. Limited Amenities: The was no daily replenishment of room amenities, such as soap, mouthwash, and tea. Insufficient Lighting: The room's lighting was inadequate, relying solely on mismatched table lamps. Subpar Dining: While not included in my overall rating, the hotel bar's food quality was disappointing, leading to uneaten meals. Overpricing: Given the current state of the hotel, the pricing seemed excessive.

This hotel is great! Property is clean and well kept, staff are friendly and helpful, and amenities are an added bonus. Stay here!

The staff around the hotel were all absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious, but the rooms could use a little facelift. Overall, a great stay.
