Good place to stay if you don’t mind cost.

It was a perfect stay for our family of four with enough space for the kids to run around. We liked being able to walk across to get to the beach and variety of dining options for my picky eaters. Will definitely come back!!

Upon our early arrival, Mary kindly expedited our check-in process and even graciously upgraded our room. As we stepped into the lobby, we were welcomed with refreshing cool towels and cold beverages, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The valet staff displayed remarkable attentiveness, adding to the seamless and enjoyable experience. Throughout our time at the establishment, every member of the staff exuded warmth and friendliness, truly enhancing our overall impression of the hotel.

Amazing stay at the Aston Beach Tower. We stayed in a premium oceanfront condo with an amazing view of Waikiki Beach. Make sure you stay on a premium floor if you want an unobstructed view of the ocean, lower floors are blocked by the building in front. Property manager were very welcoming and accommodating. As we were two couples they pushed together the twin beds in 2nd room to better meet our needs. Condo is in a great location, easy walking distance to everything in Waikiki. One of the only condos in Waikiki where you can watch the surfers from your personal balcony. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stay there again.

Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms (especially when traveling with 2 teenagers) and beautiful oceanfront views. Everything was very convenient and hassle-free. Valet attendant even remembered our room number, very impressive hotel staff. Would definitely return.

Yes, it was expensive, but everywhere in Waikiki is. But everything was in great condition and was very clean. The hotel was in a great location just across the street from the beach, walking distance to everything and awesome views! The staff was also super friendly and accommodating with free valet for one vehicle. A welcome fruit juice, warm towel, refillable water bottles, and even a little sand bucket kit for our toddler were given to us on checkin. No issues with the hotel at all, and would definitely consider staying at again if we come back to Waikiki!

Love our stay at Aston Waikiki Tower! Communication is excellent! The room is clean with an amazing ocean view! Kitchen equipped with everything you need! Close to everything!

We had a wonderful time at the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. We were greeted so kindly with a complimentary bag of sunblock, water bottles, & beach toys for our 2 kids. The room and ocean view were gorgeous. The location couldn’t have been better. No issues worth mentioning. It was a fabulous choice and we hope to stay here again soon.

This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will return. Customer service is phenomenal. In fact, we broke one of their hotel policies without realizing it and usually they charge for that (I won't go into specifics but it was definitely our fault) and although they did not have to, they made an exception for us when they did not have to. Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic stay and big thank you to Tina who is just the sweetest and worked with us on the issue. Again, our fault and they were incredibly gracious. We will return.

I bit noisy at night due to high wind banging on the balcony sliding doors and main entrance door. Otherwise, everything is great.

The staff was phenomenal, beautiful 36th floor condo facing the water with stunning views, easy parking, and great location for shopping and dining! HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!

The property has an amazing ocean view and an accommodating staff. Would highly recommend - the stay was perfect for our family of five!

Great view and service

We were on the 36th floor in a 2 bedroom condo with the most wonderful view of Waikiki Beach. When we arrived the staff was welcoming, personally showed us our room, and provided us with a gift and lei greeting. Very Nice - I wish we had more time there (our flights were delayed so we lost a day and a half). Thank you for a wonderful stay

Amazing place

The customer service is what makes this hotel special. as soon as we arrived and until we left we couldn’t fault the staff at all. The only thing to let this hotel down would be that the rooms are tired/old, windows are noisey and beds extremely hard.

Had a wonderful stay at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront view room and the views were incredible. In the front you have the ocean and the side and back were mountains. You could also see the Diamond Head Crater. The kitchen was fully equipped - stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. And daily housekeeping. Perfect!

We booked our Hawaii trip through Expedia, which included hotel and flights. We poured over the reviews for the Aston, and finally just pulled the trigger in booking it for the week after Christmas. We opted out of a car rental because we did a little bit of research and we realized that we were 20 mins away from the airport so we opted to Uber instead. We are a family of six with two parents and four children ranging from ages 7 to 22, two of which are adults. We booked a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen living room pull out bed in the living room… And full ocean view. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk clerks who checked us in early and offered us cold drinks, cold towels, as well as Hawaiian necklaces and a souvenir bag filled with reusable water bottles, water toys for the kids and sunscreen kit. Our rooms were big, and our balcony stretched out across the living room and dining area and access to the patio and clear unobstructed view of the ocean! Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to go back. The only cons that we can say we found were that the children were unable to use the pool area because it was closed at the time, and there were some issues with the elevators while we were there during our stay, but nothing so major that it ruined our trip. Housekeeping checked in with us every day. Restaurants, stores and beach are all within walking distance!

Very friendly staff and great valet parking. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I gave 3 stars due to the very dated decor and lack of outdoor entertainment space and overall lack of frills. We arrived to be told the pool and outdoor bbq area were closed. I wish they had told us ahead of time as we would have stayed somewhere else. Overall a good stay with kids but not enough frills for the price we paid. Expected a bit more for our money.

I will choose this hotel next time. Perfect for a family.
