Was very expensive and needs a casual coffee shop or similar Only one chair in room which meant one of us had to sit uncomfortably on the bed.

Loved the quieter location of this hotel and the quality of the accommodation. Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent for the price we paid. The room was comfortable and for family of three adequate. Great to have an electric kettle in the room. We really enjoyed the summer program add ons, with ice cream & shaved ice. The pool is very nice, but more importantly it's an easy walk to the beach and the availability of a tote with towels from the bell desk was fabulous. Loved the toiletries, so rare to find a hotel shampoo and conditioner that are so good! Staff helpful and professional. Would happily stay here again.

Not the fault of the hotel, just its location some nights were really noisy with external noise, unsure where it was coming from. Otherwise nothing that was remarkable.

The fee for parking is way too high. $52.50 USD a night, already paying a premium for the hotel (which is amazing) but this parking fee is excessive.

It's in a great location that is close to everything but still quiet. Comfortable beds and welcoming staff.

The pool is a bit small and loses the sun in the afternoon.

I know this hotel has great reviews but I thought it was only OK. Nice, minimalist decor but it also feels a little generic and lacked atmosphere. Had a slightly upscale feel to it which was nice.

While very clean, streamlined, and efficient, I can't say there was anything particularly memorable about staying here. The location was good and it served it's purpose of simply being a clean, reliable place to sleep.

Very clean and modern with nice technology touches to help use the room with ease. Nicely located in the Waikiki area.

Ease of access to the main section of beach was the only sore point, but nothing a short walk couldn't fix.

Excellently located, and loved that it felt more private than some of the other high end accommodation options. We noticed a lot of events at other hotels where you’d pass their hotel pool, whereas ours was completely private. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, everything was great.

I like the location, reasonably close to everything. I like that it’s quiet, not as busy as hotels on Kalākaua ave. Staff are friendly, good housekeeping.

I didn’t like that the pool closes too early. By the time I got back from being out most of the day, I always miss the pool, it’s is closed by the time I get back so I never got to use it.

The location is great. Very close to main strip. Everything is up to date very nice hotel. The staff was very welcoming. They’re bakery is very good to.

Great location - close to great shopping and dining at all price points. Felt plush and luxurious without being stuffy or fussy. Staff at all levels were super helpful polite and fun to work with.

Loved our stays here! We stayed twice first time for three nights and then for one night after getting back from Kauai before flying home to NZ. We asked to leave some bags so we didn’t have to take all our belongings to Kauai which was super great and very much appreciated. Clean refreshing facilities and a pleasure to come back to when you have been out for the day at the beach or shopping and driving around the island. Would stay here again when back in Hawaii

Recently refurbished so rooms are fresh and comfortable. The pool deck has been completely remodelled and is a fabulous space to relax.
