Property is insanely beautiful! Very clean, room is immaculate. Customer service 10/10!

Close to the ballpark

The hotel is just a place to stay, it has no activities 1 bars and 1 restaurant that closes early. It just bland.

That parking was so much

There is nothing available to eat or drink other than the bar and restaurant, which is kind of annoying when you just want a small snack late at night and you don’t want to get back out to drive somewhere. Driving is also aggravating because it’s ONLY valet, and they will rush you so much you can’t even get your bags out of the car and you can’t go get anything from your car, they have to do it or you have to wait until they get it back out of the valet lot(which is a lengthy wait most of the time from my experience) I get that it’s downtown but I have also seen parking at least a tiny bit for hotels in a downtown before. It’s also $58 every day you use the valet so be ready for that too. It’s a very over priced hotel and I don’t think it’s worth the price honestly. It wasn’t anything special

Overall this property was great but as far as the linen on the bed it was horrible spots all over the comforter and they didn’t even make the bed properly it was no sheets on there.

The room was nice. Did like the didn’t have vending machines

This hotel is upscale really for adults.

I paid in full on Expedia for a queen double room. When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:30 pm, there were no rooms available. I had to wait over an hour and a half for a room. Otherwise, the staff and hotel was great!

Beautiful hotel with mid-century modern aesthetic. Very comfortable and clean, would come back!

Our room did not have hand towels or wash cloths! Was hoping to see a complimentary coffee or some other breakfast options. The Charge for Valet seemed extremely high

POPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL JUST NOT REALLY FUNCTIONABLE. AC UNIT DID NOT GET VERY COOL. NO FRIG BUT DID HAVE A COOLER IN ROOM THAT DID NOT WORK, SO NO PLACE TO PUT DRINKS OR FOOD IF YOU WANT THEM TO STAY COLD.

Fantastic staff, great room, excellent dining. Property is great too, but unsafe as soon as you walk outside. Not hotels fault, it is city that should modify policies.

Everything was exceptional. But 68$ a night for parking is outrageous.

This place is just subpar. Maybe it’s just my expectations, but the rickety elevators smelled like marijuana and the whole place had a cheap and dirty feeling. Like a hotel on the strip. Circus Circus level

Lots of unexpected fees and charges that I wasn’t made aware of. Transportation fee? Valet? Very wonderful hotel just felt nickel and dimed.

In Room 911, the carpet has huge stains.It needs to be shampooed or replaced and the sofa is old and worn. It should be replaced as well.

The front desk staff was excellent, and knowledgeable about the area. The decor of the hotel was chic and my view was nice too. I am eager to come back!
