My stay was great although I wished it could be longer next time

The location is great; and front desk and bar restaurant are also good.
However, the room is old and the bathroom door wouldnt close all the way.

I stayed here in 1988, and last week, perfect place on Stephen Avenue, easy walk to grab a bottle of wine, great restaurants. We loved it.
As with other reviews, maybe if the shower had more pressure would be perfect. ( condition and facilities)

I only arrived in CALGARY and then went to the hotel last night . Hotel is great. I used to live in Australia and like CANADA more than Australia.

Can't beat this location. Very walkable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable. Noce to have a Starbucks in the lobby and Milestones is adjacent to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Good value.

Was disappointed that the listing said parking available but failed to mention that it was $50 for a night.
Hyatt had parking on site as does the Ramada that’s nearby.
Probably won’t stay here again as I didn’t budget for an extra $50 that wasn’t disclosed.

This is a very convenient downtown location, the property is well kept and staff are welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice modern hotel close to lots of restaurants and things to see. The staff is friendly and courteous. I was also happy that the fitness room had a variety of equipment, much better than other places I've been. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, the property itself is ok, the restaurant in the hotel is very expensive $24.00 for a burger is too much. Outside of the hotel the areas around the hotel did not feel safe lots of homeless people. It is very expensive in downtown Calgary. We personally would not stay here again.

Well kept, clean, friendly staff, and directly beside the Calgary Tower! Parking was inconvenient if you're making use of public paid parking, if we stay again we'd make use of valet parking

It was located right across the street from the Calgary tower, and walking distance to the stampede.
The room was very nice, but I found the bed to be uncomfortable. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay and would book again for next years Stampede.

The room was not worth the price!! The bathroom door did not close all the way and they had patched holes in the wall of the room but did not paint it. The floor had lots of stains and the windows were filthy. When we checked it we were told we had a view of the tower, what they didn’t tell us was our view was the base. Was very disappointed with the room overall.
