we were charged for watching a moving from approx 10pm to near midnight. We fell asleep around 9:30 due to the importance of the next day. trying to explain this to the desk clerk the next day and not having time to get my 25 $ dollars back because i had to pick up my partner was obnoxious.

Conveniently close to the hotel.

Window was drafty, mattress was uncomfortable and I can’t get my receipt as your “system is down”. I highly doubt that you can operate a hotel without a computer system.

Well there was lots of hair in the tub when we arrived Room was very cold it was like a freezer weather you changed the temp or not

Location was great for me, free parking lot , clean and bed was very comfy

I stayed there 3 day without toilet paper in the washroom, i asked them many times to give me toilet paper… that was so annoying , how is the house keeper clean the room without putting toilet paper.. and the staff very serious they can’t even smile on my face .. otherwise everything thing was good

Room wasn’t very clean, it said I had a complimentary breakfast when booking but I got therre and it said no.

The location of the hotel gives you access to the city centre and the airport.

The building is old. There is mold smell and they try to remove it with dehumidifire. There is no ramp for climbing the baggages between the floors.

Thank you for asking about the breakfast. When I booked the Hotel the advertise was free breakfast. I spent one night there early in the morning I woke up and went to the dining roomfor bteakfast the girl at the door asked me my room number when I told her she said I don't have complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is not a big deal but for the sake of the customer respect it shouldn't be done like this. That was rude. For the future I will never recommend your Hotel to my family and my friends. Thank you for disrespect me and kick me out of the breakfast room.

absolutely loved everything about this hotel. the only thing I would change is breakfast but aside from that LOVED the pool and hot tub! staff were willing to help with anything to make the stay easier. Will definitely be rebooking

Really comfortable beds

Staff took their break directly below our room and woke us up several times during the night talking and laughing very loudly - I did complain but it continued every half hour or so from 0445 am

Instead call9ng at 2:30 n check in was at 3 traveled 5 hrs n saying at last min that our in suite jet tub is not working n can't fix it plus plumber gone home was soo dissatisfied n disappointed.
