The room was ready, tidy, and clean. we arrived after midnight, and there we no issues whatsoever. Friendly staff.

Just for the price we paid for a suite we thought it would be a little nicer. Room tv was missing remote , my boyfriend got really sick from the room service restaurant , towels were dirty with marks on them , and the room smelled funny. We were just ready to leave by the morning.

I had a great stay at your hotel. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

WiFi signal was spotty, and the floor was stained in areas. Everything else was perfectly comfortable for its price.

Not a great stay . There was roaches and the sheets were brown . I had to ask for towels .

Mediocre rooms. Drapes didn't fully close so one of us had a light shining in our face while trying to sleep. TVs didn't work. Couldn't get many of the channels.
The staff was great. Grace was an absolute delight and made our stay pleasant despite the shortcomings of the building.

Overwhelming odor when we walked through the door—hate that in any hotel. No smoking means no smoking of ANYTHING. Front desk service was excellent. Rooms were fine but could have been a bit cleaner. Not a horrible choice for a one-night stay when passing through.

I chose this hotel based on its ratings, the general location and the fact it had an outdoor pool. I am not picky but when I spend $102 on a Thursday night I would like to say it was worth it. The positives are: it was close to my family I came to see, the pool was refreshing and fairly well kept and my bed was comfortable. The negatives were: the floors were dirty throughout the hotel and especially in my room, my room had an overpowering smell of air freshener as well as stale smoke and I only had one washcloth.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I had a good night sleep and everyone I encountered was friendly.

Recently stayed with our softball team and had an unfortunate experience. The environment was concerning, with what appeared to be illicit activities and questionable permanent tenants. The clientele added to the discomfort, causing several families from our group to leave after the first night. The hotel had a persistent musty odor, and the smell of marijuana was pervasive throughout the property.
Despite these significant issues, one bright spot was a staff member named Grace, who was exceptionally hospitable and made our stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel as a suitable choice for families. However, Grace’s efforts were commendable and appreciated.

The lady on afternoon/evening shift was amazing. She was friendly and hustled as she not only worked the front desk but also the bar. They claimed to have room service but I never saw a restaurant. Pool and bar closed at 9 which seemed too early. Very limited choices. A lot of temp workers stay here. Room was hot. No smart TV. Breakfast was not very tasty. Eggs were finely scrambled, bland and left a film in your mouth. Sausage was hard and unedible. Chair in our room was stained and dirty as were the hallways. Many people waited on the one washer/dryer which needed two cycles so plan on over $6 for one load. Only two floors but elevator was super slow. Lots of cameras and felt safe for the most part. WiFi was fair. Price was very acceptable for what you get.

This property could use an update. I think what was once an upscale hotel has now become equivalent to a Super8 or Red Roof Inn.

The property was nice, overall, but there were 2 issues in our room that I was not happy. First, our toilet seat was smaller than the actual base of the toilet and second, the blackout curtains were not set up to fully close, lacking privacy and waking us up at the crack of dawn, as our room window faced east. Apparently, none of the blackout curtains in the room are meant to fully close, which is a real nuisance to anyone trying to sleep. These 2 issues did not justify the price we were charged to stay.

Great value. Hotel was much better than hotels we stayed in for similar price point. Some things we dated, not as many amenities for sure but, the staff was excellent and over the top friendly. Will stay here again.
