The customer service was rude and the information that was given was unpleasant about the area by the staff.

We booked a king bed got a queen and there was only one pillow and one towel! No trash can at all. The tv was like 13 inches! And only one channel worked

Im pretty sure the hotels name wasnt what fairview inn. It was Rhoadway inn. I was shocked how distgusting it was. Junkies have stayed in way better rooms. Looked absolutly nothing like online.

The room i stayed in did not have a working microwave and the refridgerator sucked. Didnt keep anything cold. Looked like tgey were still working on the room as in renovating it. Tv was very tiny, only had 3 channels. There was either extreme cold at 76 degrees or extreme heat at 78 degrees there was no in between. Comepletely uncomfortable. Also known as the roadway inn, vecause theres no other sign

The "property" was misrepresented (it flies a Rodeway Inn marquee NOT FairBridge, filthy, unsafe, no working cable, and has BEDBUGS. Do not waste a second of your time consider this place!

I rathered smell smoke then whatever strong smell water, mold? Carpet is beyond nasty. $80 bucks plus 20 deposit, to make sure u didnt smoke or any damages. Realy wow, it was late, and beyound tired. The plan was to take a shower real quick and sleep in my truck. Stay away.

A true "budget" hotel. You get exactly what you pay for which is very little. It took three rooms before I was in one that was minimally acceptable. 1st room the door could be opened without the room key. 2nd room the door appeared to have been kicked in at some point in the past and did not appear secure. 3rd room did not have the same security issues but reflected what was seen in all rooms, very run down and in serious need of refurbishment. The location did say they were in the process of upgrading rooms but I did not get to see any of those. Bring your slippers as you do not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. It appears that some people were living in the hotel long term, was told by some friends later that homeless people were being housed here. Because of security concerns when I left each day all my gear was loaded into my care as I just did feel it would be secure in the room. Not once during my visit did housekeeping enter my room to make the bed, clean or refresh towels. Bring your own toiletries' as what is provided is minimal. Had to ask for shampoo and they were not sure they had any but one bottle was found. I do not recommend this location and will not stay here again.

Not the case. Our door had a gap that let anyone outside see in, didn’t have a lock and we had to barricade it from the inside to keep in shut. Our A/C was a fire hazard with no cover and open exposed wiring touching the curtains hanging down. There was no tp. There wasn’t a single trash can in the room. We checked in and the room had a full spider web complete with a spider in the bathroom sink. There was no working smoke alarm. It was off the wall and someone had stolen the battery from it. Multiple holes in the drywall in every room. Blood stains on the rugs being used as carpet. The mirror was ripped off the wall and had two screws hanging out of the back of it. And to wrap everything up: they think it’s an acceptable stay and room condition so they refused to refund because “it’s the cheapest room you were gonna find so what did you expect.” I would not in my life recommend ever staying here. It’s not a hotel: it’s a hazard.

Room was dirty, bed was not fully made. Young guy at the counter when asking for a refund was not helpful. There was 2 other younger people in office and when we were trying to get a refund, the girl holding a baby came out and said “you need to just "f****** leave, now. We tried to get at least our cash deposit back and they all three kept saying the we needed to speak to the manager in the morning. We were not going to stay there and left and drove for over 2 hours to get home instead of enjoying the rest of our weekend. I am needing a full refund. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Tje clerk was very nice. There was No internet or tv the whole time i was here. Th air was off when we got there so it took couple hours to cool off room. I got hotel tobget out of heat.

T.V did not work. They only give you one towel. The door did not lock if you were outside of the room. You could just push door open. Beds were clean and comfy but other than that this was a terrible place.

The bathroom lights didn't work, there was only one lock on the door, there was no peephole so they put cotton inside and tape on the inside and outside of the peephole. There were dead bugs in the bed. Scary and dirty. I left because I didn't feel safe and it was the nastiest motel I've ever seen.

Bugs on floor - tub dirty - wash your hands in the sink and water runs out at your feet. People running around all night long.

Smashed bug bodies all over the walls, "non-smoking" room smelled awful and even though I kept my suitcase zipped and on the bed, all of my clothes reeked for the next week of travel. The shower faucet controls were loose and "breakfast" was non-existent. Spend some more money and don't spend all night worrying about bed bugs and roaches.

I booked this surprise "mystery" hotel. Thought I would be safe booking a 2 Star hotel. Once I saw this hotel and its terrible reviews pop up after booking... we did not even bother to show up. I booked elsewhere.

Quiet get service everyone was nice

It was really run down and cheap. The carpet was moist and the sheets wwrestling thin. I got what I paid for.

We didn't even check in once we saw how filthy and smelly rooms were. We are still waiting for a refund

I was amazed to see ALL the furniture was all broken or missing handles. The bed was sitting on a piece of plywood! Creepy people looked liked they were living there, not a safe place. Pillows were disgusting and we didn't even have toliet paper. Just horrible.

I was keeping a eye out for cockroaches just in case. It was that kind of hotel.

Rooms were very shabby. There was large gaps around the door where if it had been snowing it would have come into the room. All molding around the door frames were patched. The carpet was very old and fraying around some areas. Beds were not comfortable and when I woke up the mattress had slid and there was blood all over the box springs. Not at all the quality I remember from a Days Inn.

Not too bad,but could be a little cleaner. Beds weren't very comfortable. Lot of noise going on during the night!
