Clean room nice place to stay

Great location - several stores and shops within walking distance. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was great.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was not helpful at all. I asked several staff members a question and they didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Our bed was not made one day. I had to go to the dining area to got more cups for the room.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was better than a lot that I have had. Would stay again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint there is that I soaked in the bathtub for a bit, and I couldn't reach the soap dispenser from tub level! The rest of the hotel seemed very clean, as well, but we didn't have time to use the pool or fitness room, so I can't critique those. The breakfast was amazing! The was a wide choice of both hot and cold breakfast items...protein, fruit, etc. There was plenty of parking, and it was well lit and well tended. However, when we returned to the hotel after dark, the only parking available was in back, and we weren't comfortable parking back there and walking around. We assumed, but weren't sure if, our key cards worked on the outer doors on the sides of the building. Ultimately, I found an end spot tucked near some shrubbery that I could squeeze into. Desk staff seemed competent but was unfriendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff seemed polite and friendly when we ran into them. There's a restaurant next door that I understand to be great, but we didn't have an opportunity to try it.

Front Desk lady acted as though she didnt want to be there. Seemed like she didnt want to be asked any questions. Also we had Ants in our room( on floor and on bed). Never again.

it had a blower in the room drying the carpet. I was not told about this ahead of time. carpet around my bed was wet.

Staff was nice. Lots of breakfast choices. Workout area not good - broken elliptical, lightest weights 25 lbs. Cleanliness - mold in bathrooms, musty smell in hallways.

Excellent hotel with a free breakfast for the price.It's located next to the highway, shopping and multiple restaurants. Everything was clean, I felt safe and the price was great. Definitely I would recommend.

Every where we needed to get to was only 15 minutes away. The beds were so comfortable and the price was affordable. It was a good experience 😊

Shower area looked moldy. African American desk staff Monday morning looked unprofessional, no uniform, hair a mess, jeans and t shirt

The room has been on the ground floor the last 2 times I’ve booked. I don’t feel safe.

For the price, everything was excellent. Easy check in and out, great water pressure in the shower, with soaps/ shampoo/ conditioner, plenty of towels, swimming pool and breakfast. You definitely get your money's worth.

The hotel was clean, the room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. We did not sleep well, however, due to extremely soft mattresses. It was like rolling around on a sponge all night.
