It is a very nice hotel.

The Embassy suites looks great on first glance, however many things were not kept to high standards. The lobby restroom was disgusting. No toilet paper in any stall—it appeared to have not been cleaned in a few days. The towel rack in our suite and toilet paper holder were both broken. The sink had a small leak. The 2 double beds were very small and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was terrible. We could feel every spring in the thin mattress. The walls were thin and the other guest were loud. The breakfast was the highlight. The made to order omelets were delicious. Overall, it was okay for a 2 night stay but we definitely will not stay here again.

The room smelt lile weed when we got there, then each day when we'd return it smelt almost of mildew/moisture. We opened the sliders and aired it out and it was better. Bed and pillows were comfortable, though the sheet on the pull out bed was still damp. Overall it was good. The items we had an issue with could be easily fixed.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a good breakfast. Omelettes made to order. Coffee was good and hot. Beds were nice and comfortable. No trouble sleeping.

This hotel has really ran down. Rooms need updated especially for the price. Staff was not helpful at the front desk. Couch was ripped, curtains were broken could not close to get sun out. Floors dirty upon arrival. Hair in the bathtub. Lots of trash and food in the hallways. Breakfast is the same everyday. They did not offer fresh items

Good place to stay. It served as a Home away from Home.

Came here with my significant other for a night away together. We were told the restaurant was open until 10 p.m. and we sat at a table around 8:45. We ordered two drinks and were ignored entirely until we walked up to the bar to say we needed our check. We figured we'd just order food now and just have it sent up to the room, but were told the kitchen closed at 9 p.m. The room was very nice... Until we discovered we couldn't get the room above 62 degrees because the heater didn't work. I know normally, given the typical weather here in september that wouldn't have been an issue, but that night it got down to the 50s (go figure). Made for a very miserable night trying to take a hot shower at 1 a.m. to warm up a little, only to be met with nothing but cold water even after leaving the shower running for 10 minutes. Didn't help that the rooms don't have a phone to call down to the front desk combined with me having left my phone down in the car. Woke up to the same issue around 5:30; so, we decided to go down to breakfast a few minutes early and stop by the front desk. The man didn't seem to worried about our night once learning we were only there for that night and checking out in a few hours, which was extremely disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for a suite. And although we will never be returning in the future, the breakfast, was absolutely perfect and I do recommend it. Our omelettes were so delicious and the hot coffee couldn't have tasted any better.

Amazing! Our only small complaint would be we wish the pool water would have been warm and not so cold and we wish there would have been a hot tub. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The older & younger lady that checked us in were very cold and acted as if each customer checking in and out were in the way of their personal time. It was atrocious customer service...Also they did not let you know about the $20 per night parking when they charge your card. Terrible communication.

Wine tour was amazing and they pick you up from the hotel.

The hotel rooms have a weird smell almost like cigarettes. I even changed rooms and still had the same issue . The walls are thin and I heard babies screaming the whole night both nights . The beds were very uncomfortable. I did like the atmosphere of the lobby area and cocktail hour . I ate at the restaurant twice and it was mediocre and found something in my food the first night . I wouldn’t stay at this particular embassy again .

Embassy Suites never fails to impress and this location out preformed. Would stay here again the next time i am in Dallas

Very neat and quiet

The property overall is very good. One advise for late arrivals is an on demand shuttle service from airport would help. We arrived 12:30 and called hotel and the shuttle service closed for the night.

Staff at front desk had attitude

Awful. Definitely overpaid!!! Staff giving out room fans due to fact AC for hotel was not working properly. No a good thing for summertime in Texas

Staff was attentive, lobby and dining comfortable. We enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast in the morning.

Was disappointed the air condition was not working and would not cool down the room. We tried turning A/C down and checked to make sure the fan only was not on as well.

Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. Room was clean. Needs an update for as expensive as it is though. The bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Tried sleeping towards the edge on my side but it would roll me into the middle because the mattress was so worn out. The balcony door was very very difficult to open & very loud. Parking was insane, had to park quite far away. Also the elevator had issues stopping on our floor. We had to push the up button to get an elevator and go up then back down.

Well, I got to my room. I thought everything was fine and the carpet by the bed was wet. Come to find out the person the day before overflowed their tub and it came in on my side. It had a smell to the room and the carpet was wet. Also when I reserved this room, I called to make sure I could get a shuttle to the rental car and they assured me they could get me there. Then when I go out this morning, they tell me no that they have taken me back to the airport and I have to get a shuttle from the airport to the rental car . Very disappointing.

Hotel crowded. Parking full with inadequate lighting. No ice machines working. Noisy in atrium after 11:00p.m. Staff not friendly on arrival. Will not stay at this hotel again. .
