All around a nice establishment highly recommend just need to update the televisions

Need more staff. Only 1 person at check-in for a Saturday afternoon. No cleaning staff to pick up towels left in hallway by several rooms even left there overnight. Cleaning staff did not notice the damage done to our original room (bed frame broken, sink cracked in bathroom, and wall damaged/picture missing)

Not worth staying here for more than a day, they don’t clean the rooms, smells damp everywhere.

All the reviews of this place made it seem like it was quite run down. I'm not sure why all negative reviews. We had a great time at this Embassy Suites. The check in person was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond to get us extra towels and check my Hilton Honors points. The complimentary reception with 2 drinks and chips/cheese was a nice surprise. The pool, hot tub, and waterfall feature were a bit with my kids, and the breakfast with made to order omelettes and all sort of other sides was amazing! The hotel is starting to show its age a bit. Some tears in the carpet, some mildew stains in the bathroom, but the overall quality of the hotel is still quite luxury.

The stay was nice, room was clean. My only complaint was the shower soap was empty.

Good place very nice and clean

Overall we were excited to spend our Friday evening down by the pool, get there and a family of like 15 trash the pool room spraying customers in the face with their squirt guns. They leave maintenance comes in and starts blaming us for towels being thrown around. If you hate your job quit, poor customer service isn’t the way. Our room was 78° at 8 pm wouldn’t cool down and my newborn is losing her mind so I go to the front desk and they lady was helpful and got us a new room but as she tells maintenance about the situation he claimed he already knew about the room not working so why are you allowing customers in it to melt. I love the style and design of this hotel but feel like we need a refund.

The hotel looks beautiful when you walk in. However, it needs to be upgrade, theyre short staffed. The rooms are so worn down its embarrassing. I had to switch my room multiple times due to stains, water damage and uncleanness. Antonio, one of the staff members was extremely apologetic abd tried his best to accommodate me. I finally asked to speak with the manager; on multiple occasions and till this day he has not returned any of my messages or phine calls. I left a voicemail, written messages and messages with staff. I was told he was going to call me in the morning and still nothing. I am a professor, I went to this hotel to catch up on work and to relax, instead it was the total opposite. Barely could sleep due to being uncomfortable with stains and possibly dirty pillows and bedding. My water did not work in the room, so we used hand sanitizer. The first room had chicken bones and food behind the dresser, the second room had water damage, stained furniture and a stained lamp with electrical shortages. Kids were trying to fight in the lobby and so much more. This was my first and last time ever going to this hotel. I would like a refund and a phone call at least. So disappointed because I expected so much more, especially for the price.

We arrived late due to our meet going long. When we arrived she was very hesitant to give us the room. Once in the room, we found bugs, ants all over everywhere, bathroom was dirty bugs and trash under the sink, food behind the pull out sofa and dresser, full pieces of chicken, looked like they never have cleaned in that room. Ice buck had cobwebs inside it. Went to the desk only to be told they didn't have another room with double bed. Not offered any other options. Worst hotel i have been to and we travel a lot.

Very dirty hotel

The room and atmosphere was nice. The hotel was lively and family oriented. My one concern was addressed immediately. Yes I will book again.

We always like to stay at the Embassy suites because of the extra space in the room, breakfast and dining. That part was great but when I was trying to use the guest laundry, the machine ate my quarters but it did not work. I went talked to the front desk but staff at that time told me that there is nothing they can do due to the laundry facility is run by the 3rd party. I would think that since the facility is at the hotel premise and they should put the sign up so that other customer would know that it's not working. I lost about 2 dollars and could not do laundry which is other reason why I would stay at Embassy suite. Dining experience was great. The staff was very attentive and great service.

On the minus- no free WiFi (gotta join their club). Pool waterfall that looked cool in the pics was broken. Pool towels were frayed, small and scratchy. Old tub bath. BUT, overall value was good. Staff very nice. Pool was open late (until 12!) and just for adults after 10. Breakfast was really good - omelette station! Room was comfortable. Good location. We recommend.

Pool area dirty, shower slippery, fell, barely any waste baskets in room, no fan in bathroom, long walk to room.

I enjoyed the pool, even though I never got to swim through the waterfall. I enjoyed breakfast and talking with the staff. I did not like the stained carpet and drapery in my room.

Hotel was old and stell. Some places looked remodeled but rooms need updated wasn’t the embassy suites we are use to staying in . Breakfast was pretty good.
